My local Sams stopped carrying grass fed ground beef. Used to get it all the time. Been out for 2 months.

The Emeril air fryer is great. It is now my most used appliance. I replaced my plastic air fryer with that and am very happy with the results.

LOCATELLI PECORINO ROMANO is the best pecorino Romano . I only buy the locatelli brand, growing up Italian , it’s the only brand my family has eaten for generations. Being sheep milk it’s the only dairy I can eat that does not make me sick.

I was in Sam's yesterday because of the sale on Vital Proteins. I walked around and healthy stuff is slim pickings. I wish I would've seen this first though. I didn't know they had cheap pasture raised eggs.

About 6 months ago I finally got a Costco membership again...I have a Sam's very close to me so it is more convenient in respect to travel but their selection of healthy items is minuscule. So I drive a little further for the awesome option at Costco these days but now I really miss the scan and go, pick up and delivery at Sam's 😂 Hey Costco! Please get with the tech of the day!! Thats honestly the only real reason Sam's is still in competition with you at this point. P.S. Thanks Bobby, you and the fam are awesome!😉

Air fryer alert!! We purchased that model and ALL the supposed stabiles steel accessories are rusting…. We thought it was just the basket but no… now with some use, and YES we take care of it….they are rusting. So buyer beware.

Why not just use a regular toaster oven? I've owned my toaster oven for 10 years and I've never had a problem with it rusting. Got it for $50 and it does everything an air fryer can do. It even has a convection feature so it does cook things quite fast.
@@milesfann33 I've had a Cuisinart convection toaster oven for about 10 years. It's been a great workhorse. I recently purchased a square mesh air fryer basket that I set on the broiler pan. I call it my fake air fryer 🙂. One of my favorite uses is to heat up the pork rinds I buy at Sam's. 2-3 minutes in there is a game changer!

Each club had their pros and cons. I am lucky to have both Sam's and Costco near me but like you said some people like my sister who lives in Yuma Arizona only has a Sam's. Keep up the good work incorporating both Club's. We shop at both.

Sam's carries a great bottle of artichoke hearts in a water brine versus Costco's which are in oil, so Sam's has the better product
I recently this past year got a new coffee machine that takes the cone natural filters and the coffee taste so much better. I love the natural coffee filters. I usually get a smaller pack at Walmart. Had no idea i could get a years worth of filters at sams. I'm so excited i know this definitely getting a pack next time i go.

I like my coffee organic. Coffee is heavily sprayed with insecticide.
I was taking a lot of collagen and have cut way down due to concern with the heavy metal content. Many brands of collagen have lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury.

I have the glass food storage containers and they are awesome! I used to get the egg lands best eggs at sams because they were cheaper there than any other place, however since I saw one of your videos on pasture raised eggs, I’ve been buying them at sams for a few weeks now! Thanks for all the great helpful info!
BE CAREFUL WITH BRAZIL NUTS!! It’s suggested that we only consume 2-3 Brazil nuts per day! A 1/4 cup will be too many!

Bobby your protein powder is perfect for the ninja creamy I used your chocolate brownie for chocolate ice cream! It came like soft serve!! I love the flavor it taste like ovaltine malted milk which was my favorite as a kid!!
I make chocolate custard and then freeze it. Yum
Some clubs have got rid of the regular pasture raised and brought in Organic Pasture Raised 👍
I just recently been introduced to mold and toxin free coffee. The taste is amazing. Highly recommend doing some research on this topic. Your gut will thank you. Maybe Bobby will shed more light on this topic.

I drive an hour away to Sams to get those eggs. We love them, they are orange and so creamy. But they go fast, so stock up when we get them, but we go through about 2 packages a week.

Bobby, those eggs are NO PASTURE RAISED !!! They don't look it, they don't taste like it and Sam's has a ton of comments on their site about how these are not pasture raised. On a lighter note, thanks for finally hitting Sam's !!

@@stancexpunks, USDA "pasture raised" rules won't guarantee a bird that has access to fresh grass and bugs. I also found Sams' pasture raised eggs to not be as good as the more expensive, small company brands at my HEB.

I don't think they are truly pasture raised, barely the USDA requirements, either. It's too good of a price to be true. My HEB, small producer brand pasture eggs seem the real deal.

I don't know if someone else mentioned it, but don't eat a handful of Brazil nuts lol! Too much selenium can be dangerous. Just eat one.

I belong both Sam's Club and Costco. I like Sam's Club and bit better because their app tells what is in your local warehouse whether it is in stock while Costco you have to go to the warehouse.

As another person posted, be careful of the “wonderful” brand as they are one of the largest users of the toxic pesticide paroquet. I did not know this and just looked it up because of what another commenter said, and it is absolutely true. Would hate for you to harm yourself unknowingly after all those treatments. I wish you the best in your health journey.

I love Sams because they have a much better website than Costco. You can actually look things up before you go shopping where it's impossible with Costco. Also, you get free shipping on many things with a plus membership. Thanks for going to Sams. I was always told you should only have 1 to 2 brazil nuts a day. Any comments on that?

The Ava Organics coconut rolls used to be at my Costco. Guessing Sam’s Club won out on the bid for them. Very bummed since the ingredients are much better overall.
Costco don’t have grass fed ground beef n my daughter n law found it at Sam’s club another great find and cheaper as well as chicken Mary’s organic chicken

Do you have any info on the organic pasture raised eggs at Costco? We have them where I am and the yolks are a very pale yellow and tsste no where near the quality of local or Vital Farms/equivalent brands organic pasture raised eggs.
