Just came to make sure Korn (1994) was in God Tier. IMO they achieved a raw sound on that album that would never be seen again, though Peachy was excellent and came pretty close. I stopped listening to the band after Follow the Leader, but I can’t understate how important the first 2 albums were to my youth
God tier - issues, untouchables, follow the leader A - korn, life is peachy B - take a look in the mirrior, syotos, sos C - paradigm shift, untitled, rwya D - nothing F - path of totality
Korn's Self Titled would be alone in the God Tier in my list. I played that album so much. I went through the cassette (got eaten to death), then 2 CDs. I'm not a fan of their electronic/dubstep either. I'd put them on the dogshit list as well. Great stuff Jamie.
My ranking 1. Issuises 2. Korn 3. Path of totality 4. Follow the leader 5. The nothing 6. Requim 7. Untouchables 8. Serenity of suffering 9. The paradigm Sift 10. Life is peachy 11. See you on other side 12. Korn iii : remember who you are 13. Untitled album 14. Take a look in the mirror
Holy shit I just made my tier list video and I saw yours just now. I’m literally freaking out with how similar our opinions are and how our overall list looked lol. Great job on this one man! Great minds think alike I suppose
My "god tier" are Korn Life is Peachy Follow the Leader Issues Untouchables See You On the Other Side The Serenity of Suffering and... The Nothing My fav is serenity of suffering though
A- Korn, Life is peachy, Issues, Follow the leader B- Untouchables, Serenity of suffering, Paradigm shift C- Take a look n the mirror, Remember who you are, The path of totality D- See you on the other side, untitled
14. See You On The Other Side 13. The Path Of Totality 12. Requiem 11. The Paradigm Shift 10. Take A Look In The Mirror 9. Life Is Peachy 8. Follow The Leader 7. Untouchables 6. The Nothing 5. Untitled (very underreated album) 4. Korn III (Masterpiece) 3. Korn 2. The Serenity Of Suffering 1. Issues
God Tier: Follow The Leader, Issues, Untouchables and Korn A tier: Life is Peachy, Take look in the Mirror, Serenity of Suffering and The Nothing B tier: The Paradigm Shift C tier: See you on the other side and The Path of Totality D tier: Korn III and Untitled
Just gonna put this up before I watch the video... God tier : Korn. Issues. Follow the Leader. The Nothing A : The Serenity of Suffering. Life is Peachy. Untouchables. B : Take A Look in The Mirror. See You On The Other Side. C : Remember Who You Are. Untitled. The Paradigm Shift. Dogshit : The Path of Totality (I still love the album but a list is a list...) That's my list. Wow.. pretty similar.
Mine would go like: God tier: untouchables, serenity of suffering, the paradigm shift A tier: follow the leader, issues B tier: korn, life is peachy, the path of totality, the nothing C tier: take a look in the mirror, see you on the other side, untitled, remember who you are
God Tier: Korn and Issues A Tier: TALITM and SYOTOS B Tier: Peachy, Leader, and Serenity C Tier: Untouchables and Paradigm D tier: Untitled, Korn 3, Totality
This is completely based on how many songs from each album I enjoy, and whether I can listen to the whole album without wanting to skip a song. Korn and Issues are the most replayable for me, both from front to back are just flawless. A Tier has 1 or 2 songs per album that I skip, b has 3 or 4. C tier are albums where I only liked about half the songs and then D is where I only liked 2-3 songs on each album and couldn't listen to the rest
It still literally baffles me to this day on how and why "Thoughtless" was not on their Greatest Hits vol. 1, that song has to be in at least everyones Top 10 fav Korn songs. The message is epic and musically it does justice. Your list is pretty damn good, except Life is Peachy would be lower tier for me for sure. SYOTOS is my personal favorite as far as anything post 2005 goes and i can give a million reasons why, especially during the time it came out. Untochables, Issues and Follow the Leader and ST are right up there too. And the reason why the band itself dislikes Take A Look in the Mirror the most out of all their albums is because of their record contract at the time, it was forced and rushed and they had to finish their contract and the label were being dicks.. the band was in turmoil at the time. The song "Ya'll Want A Single" is pretty much telling the record label and the men in suits to go fuck themselves. Im with korn on this one. Absolutely love this band for life, and what makes this band great reguardless of anyones album rankings??? Is that they created their OWN sound and Jonathan is one hell of a vocalists, cant deny that!
I feel that the songs with skrillex on the path of totality are solid, should have just done the whole album with skrillex it wouldn’t have been the mess that it is
The only albums ive ever bothered with were the first 4 (still listen to them regularly enough) then ive listened to Mirror a few times especially in my school days. Them the paradigm shift was okay when i listened to it a couple times years ago. Never bothered with the others
Totally agree with PATH OF TOTALITY. PARADIGM, mm yeah, didn't age well for me. UNTITLED I love that album, experimental but really interesting, doesn't sound like Korn but I put that in B category. REMEMBER yeah I put it in C too. Heavy again but just couple of good songs. MIRROR agree, that's a B, really heavy but not the best. OTHERSIDE. The album starts good but in the middle is kinda dead but at the end its great again. Agree to be in B. SERENITY I put that in C. I like it but not really enjoy it. ISSUES A tier, yep agree too. UNTOUCHABLES A yes, fantastic album! LIFE IS PEACHY A agree too. KORN and LEADER GOD. Seems we have really similar tastes with korn
Korn
Life Is Peachy
Issues
Take a Look in the Mirror
Follow the Leader
All the others interchangeable for me.
Good list

🤟Untouchables🤟 I'd have put it in God Tier but at least you put it high on the list. Follow the leader is B or C tier at best for me.
I agree, korn is the only album that i actually love all the content in it.
The Paradigm Shift was so good. After the terrible Korn III and TPOT it was so refreshing

God tier : Korn. Issues. Follow the Leader. The Nothing
A : The Serenity of Suffering. Life is Peachy. Untouchables.
B : Take A Look in The Mirror. See You On The Other Side.

Dogshit : The Path of Totality (I still love the album but a list is a list...)
That's my list.
Wow.. pretty similar.
LIP goes with Self Titled in the God Tier for me. A is right for me also. The rest don’t matter. :) great ranking and review . Cool channel. 😎
Btw counting on me is from take a look in the mirror

A Tier: TALITM and SYOTOS

B tier. Great emotion but the music is your every-day korn

Quite similar to what mine would be. I don't think you'll have much complaints about your F tier haha
Untitled is God Tier and that is a hill I will die on.
My Favorite is the untitled one.

ISSUES A tier, yep agree too.
UNTOUCHABLES A yes, fantastic album!
LIFE IS PEACHY A agree too.
KORN and LEADER GOD. Seems we have really similar tastes with korn
Let's see if we agree
Man the music in the background at the start almost ruined the whole video for me, thank god it ended
I love this! I would like to know your opinion on Metallica albums! In Dogshit should be St. Anger lol
What a shame you 'sing' chorus from Counting on me from TALIAM album instead of Issues Counting.
Every album in god tier or a.. except III
Can we please get high together and binge korn
Korn III is... eugh, but love the rest of albums.
"Even Cunt, that's a great song..." comedic genius 🤣🤣🤣 12:02
I feel like I’m the only person who hates “life is peachy”
It’s horrendous. The only good song is “good god”
Disagree completely
i disagree life is peachy is amazing
