Thank you for the instructions for the headbands. I have already knitted both and will send you a photo soon.I follow your podcasts from Austria and I always look forward to a new episode. Best regards Christine
Lovely to see your gorgeous work as always Marina! Just letting you know that you’re correct with saying Cheviot as chEEviot with a long ‘e’! Having moved to Scotland and surrounded by Cheviot sheep farmers that’s how they say it 😊
The Amber Apple cardigan is marvelous! Who doesn’t love a bit of drama in a cardigan?! 😅 Also too sad about Making stories, it’s a wonderful publication 😢
Another really interesting podcast! Excited for the new fibre. The marigold looks beautiful. Although I’m still new to spinning I’m itching to run before I can walk and spin sweater quantities of all the fibre 🫣🫶🏼
I know what you mean! I always end up wanting to take on BIG projects before I've found my feet, and have to berate myself into dipping a toe in first.
It was lovely to chat with you too! Your cabled shoulder (sleeve?) cardigan looks to be rather interesting. 4ply or DK? Maybe I missed that bit in the episode. I only have two or three issues of Making Stories but it is a great magazine and I hate to see it go. There’s a Quebec publication, Fibre, that has so far only published three issues in French, but as of the next issue it will also be in English. I’m going to subscribe as it looks pretty good. Two languages add another complication to the viability!
The cables will run down the sleeve of the cardigan as well, and I forgot to mention in this episode that it’s DK weight. Publishing in two languages really does sound like a tricky one in the current climate; I hope it goes well for Fibre!
what a pity I did not won the giveaway, but far more a pity about Making Stories. nothing wrong with showing of the products of your shop, they are pretty and interesting to look at, altough I am not much of a customer as I live behind the Brexitwall. greetings, mieke
Omg the sleeves, the shoulders😮 so gorgeous!!!

Thank you SO MUCH for this! Hope your move went well!
Love Hobbitcore! The “orange” looks lovely on you.
Thank you! It’s one of my favourite colours 😁
Youre dyeing is beautiful. The braids are just stunning. Pity I live in Australia.
Thank you so much! I have been getting quite a few orders from Australia recently, but I understand shipping can be prohibitive.
The colors of the fiber make me think of the Redwall books😅❤.
Ahh I’ve heard good things but never actually read them!

I was swatching for the Amber apple last night, waiting for them to dry to see if any of them will work. So excited to knit that cardigan!
Oh very exciting - I hope I’ll get to see!
