She's asking very vague questions. Keep in mind he's under oath, you can't make assumptions in your answers. Either you're entirely certain of your answer you say don't know to avoid a potential perjury charge. Imagine if I asked you if your upstairs neighbour is aware that your dog is missing. He probably knows, since you hung missing posters in the apartment complex and around the street, but you don't know for sure whether or not he knows. If you say "Yes he knows", but it turns out he didn't, you're hit with perjury and go to jail. At these hearings they gotta ask precise and answerable questions, you can't expect one guy to know everything everyone does off the top of his head. It's a shame that you see politicians use this more and more as a way to show off to voters instead of asking useful questions that could help draw up proper legislation.
