Yoga asanas should not be done on bed, and these asanas should not be done before sleep. One can do savasana. Asanas can be done after 5 hours of taking food. And only Vajarasana should be done after having food. For relaxation sit in vajarasan take long breathing, slow down your breath, feel the breathing till abdomen for five minutes, then go to savasan relax and observe your breathing, you will go to sleep.

Yoga asanas should not be done on bed, and these asanas should not be done before sleep. One can do savasana. Asanas can be done after 5 hours of taking food.
