You, sir, are a world-class craftsman. You are so meticulous. You do everything you can to satisfy your customer and produce an exceptional product. I could watch your videos all day.
They look like the Boots the actor Bill Campbell wore when he played the Rocketeer. Thanks for the Video's Mr Bedo you are an artist and a true craftsman. Let's continue!
So my lovely wife purchased a new iPad for my 60th really next Thursday but she gave it to me early. I powered it up went to UA-cam and your video is the first one I watched on the new iPad, cheers !
Step right up folks - Presenting Mr Steve Bedo and his comedy cavalcade. He’s here all week! There are 10 people in the world that understand binary! Those who do.....and those who don’t. I thank you. Great work on the riding boots sir. Seriously Steve, well done. Shine on
Great job! You cracked me up with your personality and dad jokes were ok, but you telling them and laughing was funny. The country has major strains so thank you for the head relief.
Hey Steve! What gr8 work....yeah it had seen better days.what a nice pair of shoes....I would have enjoyed a pair of of these! Thanks again for ur show....gr8 info and gr8 instructions.I’m glad u don’t listen to to ppl! Tell em to get screwed! Heck, I’ll tell em!
My uncle is a harness-maker (for draft horses and so on) and it's really interesting to see the similarities and differences between his equipment, yours, and then mine as a sewer/quilter.
I've watched the video, as usual. felt better because I've witnessed a good job, as usual... and laughed several time. Perfect day so far. Thanks Steve.
Yeah, I laughed with the squirrel joke, as a matter of fact your jokes and philosophizing are a beautiful bonus to the display of your craft. Thanks... ❤️
Chisel away my man!! Doesn't offend me. I can't even begin to tell you all the tools I've used for other purposes than they were intended. You do what you got to do to get the job done. Keep up the great work.
I laughed at your "butter" joke! Chuckled at the other 2 jokes for real! It's a great show! I love watching how things are done. You explain well and are hilarious!
I love your jokes, and everything about your channel. Watching gave me the push to find a local place to get my Clark’s brogue oxfords re-heeled. They are not expensive, but they have the fit and look I love, and they quit making them. They were sent out, decent , but your teaching has shown me I can sand them a bit and make them even nicer. Now my favorite ever patent ones are going in.c
Steve, thank you for giving us a glimpse into what you do. It is always a pleasure to see you work your magic. Please ignore those who feel the need to be negative. Thanks for spreading a little happiness with your jokes. Just keep being yourself.
They look like an antique pair of boots from WW1. Wonderful restoration job. And dad jokes are the best, here’s one from the list I have. What lies at the bottom of the ocean and twitches... a nervous wreck. Thanks for the video.
After this guys father's funeral, he's going through his fathers belongings and in an old wallet he finds an old cobblers receipt dated ''1943''. The receipt is for a sole and heal job. The guy knows where the cobblers shop is so he takes the receipt and asks the cobbler if he knows if by any chance they still have his fathers shoes. The cobbler takes the receipt, goes to the back of the shop and after sometime comes back and tells the guy he's found his fathers shoes. The guy says '' that's amazing, after all this time you still have them, can I take them with me?'' The cobbler says to the guy '' no, they're not finished, come back next week!''
You know Steve it never ceases to amaze me that people that don't have clue one about shoe repair have to make a comment or have an opinion on what you use in the course of repairing footwear. You are a skilled artist and a complete professional and they should appreciate that instead of making stupid comments about something they know nothing about. Opinions are like a-holes. Everybody has one. Anyway, that butter joke was bad Steve. I got a couple for ya. What do you call an armless and legless man at your front door? ... Matt. What do you call an armless and legless man hanging on a wall... Art. And my favorite, what do you call an armless and legless man laying in leaves... Rustle. Love your videos. Till next time!
After watching so many of your videos in the past week as I get more and more into leather shoes and boots, I'm happy to be able to catch a new one as it is released! Keep doing what you do!
Hi. You did your job of the dy. You made me smile, and the jokes make me smile. Great boots, and interesting to follow the repair. We should enjoy life. The life is short, and we should get most out of it. So smile and have some fun. Best wishes from Jan in Norway
Steve, you exude confidence when you do these jobs. I would be scared stiff that I was going to put a cut right through the parts of the leather I shouldn't. But then again, that comes with all your experience. Great pair of boots.
I was so glad to see this video come up on my notifications after seeing your post on the FB group. YES! I can't get over the fact these were "custom made" with cement construction and fiber board. Yikes! These are much more durable now.
But everything hold up well for 15 years. And everything that was replaced had to be replaced anyway no matter what material it would have been made from.
You know the expression “watching paint dry”? I actually enjoy watching the dye soak into to the leather
I know right! It is so soothing watching the dye soak into the leather.

That’s Barney! He visits regularly.

Well for starters their flag's a big plus.
Nice! I have to remember these for the kids.
I guess it applies to the Swedish, Finish, Danish and Norwegian flags too. :)
Fantastic job. Those boots are museum worthy. 🌞😎

Great job! You cracked me up with your personality and dad jokes were ok, but you telling them and laughing was funny. The country has major strains so thank you for the head relief.
Steve, you made me smile twice, good job.
New gloves... lovely to see Steve's viewers love him as much as he loves his trade. Except the chisel haters.
🤣🤣🤣
I bought some shoes from a drug dealer. I don't know what he laced them with, but I was tripping all day!

As soon as he said NY, I was suspect. If you want custom made riding boots, it's England all the way. 😀
But everything hold up well for 15 years. And everything that was replaced had to be replaced anyway no matter what material it would have been made from.
@@alx252 custom riding boots should only need a new sole after 15 years of wear. They were pretty OK, but now they will outlast.
