Got a song suggestion, comment below 🤘😎

Nothing better than seeing metallica live.......NOTHING!
in my opinion, you've just witnessed the best metal song ever written and the best live performance of that song ever recorded.
I can't argue with that. I saw them in....'03? Whenever Summer Sanitarium was, with them, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Deftones, and Mudvayne.
It was awesome, to be sure. But this just had something *more*.
The blueprint for every metal song to come. Their finest hour. Load and Reload are fucking shit. In fact The Black Album was meh, it had a few cork
ers but nothing on the level of Master.
@Rotten to the Core! Most retarded comment I have ever read.
Hands down
@Rotten to the Core! The fact that you think the interlude is nothing more than "fluffy window dressing" tells me you dont understand or know anything about music, so there's no point in discussing music with you. Good night.
Seattle '89 is the gift that keeps on giving.
FACTS🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
It's like the good herpes of metal or some shit!
It's like a never ending orgasm
Yes!!!!! Getting me through cabin fever and makes me want a live again like it’s 2019
I bought the Binge and Purge box set 5 times now. Three in VHS format and twice in DVD format.
Harrisburg PA, city island,, 1991🤘🤘 epic show,,, 5+ encores,,, to this day metal bands are banned from the island,,, 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Dave, Great reaction... did you notice in the very beginning, Jason plays “ To Live is to Die”? James and Kirk join in without missing a beat. They really get their aggressions out note for note. The crowd fires back their pent up anger and Metallica fuels up and re-loads for another metal massacre!! ..... Thanks for keeping it real
I didn't notice to be honest, not heard that track.
I just assumed it was a melodic live intro to Master.
Dave Dissects Some more useless trivia for ya.... If you go to 4:30 in the album version of To Live is to Die, you will hear what they’re playing on stage. I like that even back in 1989, They have the metal foresight and reverence to slow it down as a live tribute to their fallen bandmate.
@@Mikeg73070 also, in this video, if you watch when james sits down...he leaves an empty space between him and the rest of the band, to represent the loss of cliff
@@DaveDissects Yep, track 7 on ...and Justice for All
Pure raw energy. Metallica at its best. Their best song in probably best live version.
THIS WHOLE FUCKING CONCERT IS OVER TWO HOURS OF THIS INTENSITY AND IT NEVER LET'S UP!
There’s a classic live version with Cliff Burton live at Roskilde Festival 86. The energy was insane
This will never happen again. So glad I grew up listening to these guys!
I think it would be really interesting to see what you think of say they doing Master today. The Manchester 2019 version in the rain is an amazing version. Would make for a good comparison studio version, this back in 89 and then 30 years later.
@Pastor Of Muppets Classic Movies I think, and I might get some hate for this but I do think that the Manchester performance is better than the Seattle one. They are tighter, the middle section is slower which for me gives it more weight, the crowd is more involved and the visuals are of both something you could not have scripted and as a showcase of a band that is still on top of their game after being together for 38 years (or 36 if you want to count it from when Kill Em All was released).
Yes we need this comparison. Do it Dave! 🤘🏻
I was at the Manchester gig! Was incredible and that rain was so bad haha, they nailed!
I was there. I was 15 years old at my second rock concert. It was incredible. I wish more young people would witness great music when artists put every ounce of there soul into performances in stead of buying Gucci and material garbage .
To think this is 31 years ago is amazing. Still gives me goosebumps. Sound quality, performance , energy etc. Greatest ever.
Best most INSANE show I've ever been to. Check out Creeping Death from this show. The crowd was out of their minds
battery live seattle 1989 will blow your mind
Us old folks aren’t so lame after all. Lol. Oh. And don’t listen to the Lars haters. He was a badass drummer!
(...) And still!!!!!
I bet you don't play drums? If you did You'd know how bad he is.
he's fucking shit. lol the drumming is adequate
@@TheHypernaught just like your vocabulary.

React to" Battery" from the same concert
YESSSSSSSSS
And Whiplash!
Blackend...the opener!
Best Opener ever for a Met concert!
I saw them during that tour and to this day that was the loudest concert I've ever been to. And I've seen Slipknot and Lamb of God amongst others.
Damn... mr James H... master of down strokes 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Daaaaaaaaaaaaave 🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘🔥🤘🤘🤘🔥🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 unbelievable. I think the chills are wearing off now lol thx man that was ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!
Remember no in ear mics here guys, and everything is so tight - so impressive !
Master, master, masterpiece of writing and deliverrrryyyy.
I get to see them Live at the end of September 2021 in Kentucky, USA!
Yeah, your mind was just blown! \m/
I appreciate that little but real smile on your face in 1:03 when James started playing, awesome
Hey Dave, React to The Shortest Straw of Metallica.
An amazing song !! 🤘🏻
I am going to invent a time machine and go to this concert.
I appreciate the fact that you listen to the album/studio versions first, great video keep up the good work
Metallica Gods of Rock🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I feel like I’m watching a jj abrams movie but this one is actually enjoyable
😁 Haha Love that! Nice spin to put on it!
I'm dying... This was hillarious!!
Star Trek: Metallica😂
When they were young & wild drawing humongous crowds. Metallica concerts aren’t as wild today. I attended one in October of 2018 and it was pretty chill. I guess it’s because they’re not as young as they use to be. It was a great show and I’d go again if they came back but it wasn’t nothing like what we see in this video. I remember after the show, Lars got on the mic and said something like “we played he tonight with the intention of kicking your asses but you kicked our asses”.
Greatest thrash metal song ever recorded. Fight me. :P
I love they start this song with this part from To Live Is To Die. What a perfect beginning to MOP
The absolute pinnacle of their prime!
Loving your videos man!
I've been a fan of the band since around '92 (born in '80) and remember this concert was like the holy grail back then, so hard to find it on VHS, looking at it now it's probably one of the greatest! (I've been lucky to see them live 4 times, in Mex City and California) The energy here is awesome and James' voice sounds so crisp.
Also, is it just me or Lars misses a beat at 8:40 ish? never noticed it before and it's a cool blooper I guess haha
Yess waiting for unforgiven trilogy :))
I love how Hetfield's main guitar on that tour was an MX-220 that the headstock had been repaired 3 or 4 times prior...
The fucking energy.......
Song at the beggining is 'To live is To die' My recommendation for reaction
Next must be "Battery" for the same concert...hope that song bless u'r soul...
This song is the answer to getting high without taking drugs!
I really enjoyed this reaction from you!
These where the day's James used to drink beer on Stage, Alcoholic when Cliff Burton was alive so Outstanding too Jason here!
The intro is to live is to die, you should react to it (their hommage to cliff burton after his death in 86)
Fuck yes brother! Awesome as always
🤘😁🔥 Thanks for watching
That was actually To Live Is To Die/ Master Of Puppets. Great job!
Yeaaahhh,,,master of reaction🤘😂🇺🇸
Cliff. Jammin with Dime and Vinnie and Lemmy in the great beyond.
i think seattle is the most mesmerizing live performance of all time... the best of metallica... they were young energetic, the croud were also thw same
Amazing how you got through this reaction video without reacting
I’ll just fake it next time eh - (that’s what she said..)
The intro is from "to live is to die". Listen to it! ;)
I was supposed to go to the show in Spokane two days before this one and it was for my 15th birthday my friend bought me a ticket for 16.50 USD and my father said no way can't go. All my friends got to witness Metallica crack the Spokane Coloseum foundation. I was bummed out for years or atleast until 1992 when I got to see them play in Pullman.
Metallica at it's absolute peak. Their peak would go on till let's say 93 or so
El mejor concierto de Metallica en Vivo! Excluyendo a Cliff que con él ; eran fenomenal!
I've watched the channel for only two days now and I love it. New sub!!! May I make a request of a song ONE:by metallica studio version first it will give you chills
Awesome reaction!!
So we have to break you in to panterA. Your 1st vid from them should be "Cowboys from Hell" it's so lit, very cool! You should do a reaction to their video. You will not be disappointed. If you like Metallica you'll most definitely like panterA
Sounds like a plan 🤘
@@DaveDissects 2nd track must be Domination ( breakdown after solo is the on off the heaviest breakdowns in metal history) from same album Cowboys from hell, and after studio version react to live in Moscow 1991 ( biggest crowd in that time, near 1 milion people) energy from that live performance is insane.
Omg yes. Pantera time🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 lets start with shedding skin 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Oh man you have to react to Battery from the same show. Insanity
Top 3 Metallica Concerts:

Nuts
Try Baterry same show
Crazy💪
So I've heard. I'll see what I can do! 😎👍🔥
Leper Messiah
Fight Fire With Fire
...And Justice For All
Slayer - Bitter Peace
Arcturus and Anaal Nathrakh have made great albums in the last few years.
Funny fact: the little "bass/guitars" intro (before guys went to play an actual song) is "To Live Is To Die", which is a tribute to Cliff Burton!!!!
Please, react soon to the song "To Live Is To Die" (WARNING: YOU'RE GONNA CRY!!!!)
Should react to the Grammy performance 1988 bit of nerves in that one first time in front of hollywood clowns
Metallica nervous, woah 🤘
THIS …. is Metallica
React to Fight fire with fire man

Yep I forgot lol soooooo good though lol
To live is to die is a sad song😢
Hmm, when anyone does a reaction video, d'ya really think they're watching it for the first time?
Please react to Whiplash studio and then Whiplash Seattle 89. It will blow your mind !
Do a reaction for this song "Metallica - Motorbreath"
Please react to whiplash by metallica
To live is to die intro

Check out call Of Ktulu
Check out and justice for all Seattle
Whiplash from same concert
Conservatives, parents, the church:
Heavy metal is devil worship.
Metallica:
Here's a tribute to our fallen brother Cliff ...also don't do drugs kids.
this is like watching Shawn Michaels wrestle or Michael Jordan play basketball...and for the people that really get that analogy, well, consider yourself cool
Haven't seen you that amped from a Metallica song before. Pretty ole good huh?! Lol!
More lens flare then JJ Abrahams Star Trek😂
is that BASS i hear
Metallica breadfan live Seattle 1989
They mess up one part but bring it bad - the off beat almost sounds good though.
