Please look into the CRS UA-cam channel and what the ATF had done to him today. You have the connections to make a difference!!!
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. F**k the ATF.
The atf recently did something or was this the encounter he had awhile back?
Too mainstream, more of a talking head then an activist sadly
Yes!!
@@fredrickmiltonthaddeusdoug9747 hate to agree
I believe any weapon that the government can have, us law abiding citizens should also be able to legally own.
Any weapon?
@@user-fm9jj6bs8z YES
That is what the intent of 2nd amendment is
@@user-fm9jj6bs8z short of nuclear weapons? hell yes. The 2nd applied to cannons when it was written, so why not these guns?
@@user-fm9jj6bs8z obviously yes, any weapon. Aside from a job title theres no real difference between our military and our civilians. Lets not forget that a lot our military is between the age of 18-21 with little to no life experience and the govt is willing to let them handle millions of dollars worth of weapons and equipment so its not like theyre anymore qualified, other than basic training and whatever bare-minimum training they got rushed through afterwards
To correct him quickly… the 6mm ARC has been around for longer than “ 12 months “ considering this video was posted in 2022, the round was introduced in 2020 by Hornady. It’s also available for civilian use
Yea I remember when Hornady announced this cartridge then boom ammo shortage I hope magpul comes out with a d60 or d 50 drum for 6mm arc and 6.5 creedmoor
Another empty suit throwing around buzzwords like "geometry" without a clear understanding of the cartridge.
@@computer_carnivore Exactly what I was hearing as well.
Hey ATF move pretty aggressive today. Hope you make a video on it, RBT and CRS firearms.
Did they explain the ballistics of the 6mm ARC, or the case" The 243 Win. is a necked down 308 too.
6mm ARC is fantastic in a gas gun. Last year I shot my first season of PRS and was using a M1A (Nope, not a rifle for that kind of competition but it's what I had) and the last match of the season I finally had my 6 ARC together. Night and day difference. Of course they are two totally different rifles but man, that 6 ARC is a hammer. Mine is a 24" heavy barrel from aeroprecision the lower is a silencer co, ambi bolt release, geissle hi-speed match trigger and luth-ar stock. Factory hornady 108gr eld-m ammo produces 1/2" groups consistently at 100 yards. Hitting at 1,054 yards is cake. Recoil management is a breeze which makes watching for splash/impact super easy compared to .308. If you're looking to build a long range AR I highly recommend 6 ARC. Oh, and it doesn't burn barrels out like other 6mm calibers. Barrel life seems to be on par with .308.
The 6mm ARC is amazing. It’s definitely a Gucci caliber. Expensive but very accurate.
I absolutely love my 6mm arc tac driver 100 yard zero 1 hole 5 shots 400 yards literally held dead center without adjustment all 5 shots within a 3 inch group it's quite amazing especially when you can load mags to 25 rounds not much loss between 556 and 6 arc
I much appreciate you getting straight to the point to what we all want to know........ "Are these going to be available to the civilian market?" Love it. Not looking forward to adding another caliber, but, you can't take it with you when you die rings more true now more than ever. Love your stuff!
Love the SSE trig, but you could build just as good without the over priced components if you do the research.
Thanks for the updates to new rifles.
Amazing new info, thank-you for sharing.
Keep your wonder cartridges! I'll go with my old fashioned cartridges and rifles that are tried and true!
I have an 11.5” Geissele rifle and I love it. They make fantastic rifles…
Spread the word that CRS FIREARMS needs the 2a communities help!
Great video, 3 awesome looking new rifles. Seems like the new 6mm ARC would be a better choice than the 6.5CM. Range of 1300 meters vs 1500 meters but a smaller platform and much lighter. Awesome stuff!!
Those are some beautiful pieces of machinery. That 6mm arc sounds really interesting
Please support Matt from CRS Firearms UA-cam channel. U S Marshall’s arrested him and the case has groundbreaking and possibly very detrimental implications for the entire 2A community. #freeCRS
This will likely be a first amendment issue just as was the case for Defense Distributed. Art on a metal card does not a machine gun make without the supreme court approved phrase of, "something more".
bump
Love all your videos man; full of really good info.
I like all your videos on the time you take to put them together thank you and I like the new weapon platforms
Great presentation, regarding the 6mmm and 6.5 Creedmoor.
Thank you for sharing this video. Nice looking rifles. Looking forward to some field testing of the 6mm ARC.
Can report excellent accuracy and good terminal effect on pronghorn.
I’m here to find the comment from that guy complaining about not being able to check out the guns because he was checking out your guns 💪🏾🤣😂😭
Same lol.
LoL! When one seeks to find something specific, one ends up missing what is unexpected.
It's a suck fact, and just one more thing to add to the list of things that suck, lol. Still, I hope you find it, peace my Ninja 🥷
Same lol
Me too
Me too!
Very awesome stuff coming out of Geissele.
Thank you for what you do.
Definitely good video. Beautiful pieces of engineering.
I had some interaction with the 6ARC back in late summer down in Tennessee at a large distributor. VERY impressive rifle cartridge
The old guy isn’t to big on the regular folk. You make anything designed for the militia?
Very, very nice. Especially that 6.5 Creedmoor. Love the excellent information and facts about those sexy pieces of weaponry. The 6mm Arc, looks extremely fun to shoot. Keep the good content coming Colion.
thank you for sharing with us!! i did not know they made entire guns, i had only ever saw triggers!!
First time watching your channel, great video, those rifles look awesome n I’m sure they’re even more impressive in person, thanks bro!
6mm arc is a fun flat shooting medium velocity round.
Pieces of art... sweet
I wonder if the 6mm ARC will save the AR15/M16 from the ongoing NGSW contest w/ that new 6.8 caliber
My question is why not 6.5 Grendel? It already existed, and is arguably better than 6mm ARC, and already fits in the smaller, AR-15 platform.
6mm arc is on the ar15 platform. Run 6.5 Grendel mags for it. Nice round for shooting distance
No. They solve different problems. I've been sitting the ARC since 2020. It kicks ass but it won't replace the .308 for machine gun fire.
Yeah I have a bolt action 6.5 creedmoor. I would DEFINITELY LOVE have a semi automatic 6.5 creedmoor as well and the 6mm arc.
Always great video's Colion
I see Colion tempted to take these guns home
and put them in his collection.
You said it well, a beautiful tool. All 3 were very fine. I really liked the backpack 5.56! Thanks for a beautiful video.
I love my Geissele Super Duty 16, and look forward to buying more of their stuff!! Geissele makes such awesome rifles and parts
6 arc AR Diamond trigger Gibbz upper and a Carbon Proof barrel with JP bolt with carbon handguard and silent buffer system. Titanium parts and pins also add to help with weight.
6mm ARC. You should try it. Game changing! There is still e very limited range of cartridges to choose from. All from Hornady. I like the 108 grain ELD' but the Black 105 grains are my preference so far until I can start doing some hand loads. Not there yet. But yeah. You gotta try it.
Good stuff!!
Great video, and some very nice looking rifles there to. 😀 👍you are the man.
Always nice to see innovation in the firearm industry... I'm very curious about this new round
It's awesome, and it's been around for almost 2 years commercially. In a civilian non plinking application it is in every way superior to 5.56. 6.5 Grendel mags work just fine.
@@userJohnSmith The 6mm ARC was developed in the last 12 months, they stated this in the video.
@@BB-1990 I've been shooting it since summer of 2020, when it was released to the public. I have meat in the freezer older than 12 months that it put there. The sales guy was wrong which makes everything he said suspect.
@@userJohnSmith Interesting, and yes suspect.
Check out Eagle Eye Shooting for solid info on the 6 ARC. He has been building precision rifles with the cartridge since it came out about 2 years ago. If you watch a lit of the other channels early semi auto rifles had horrible accuracy problems. Kenny worked out the problems and got the accuracy and performance that were originally promised out of a gas gun.
Outstanding Giessele! This is my new EDC when it becomes available. IF. Always Colion thanks for sharing these new platforms.
6mm arc has a lot of potential.
I would really love to see more guns chambered in that caliber , specially ak's.
Good video. Thanks.
Just pulled the trigger on a 18" Arc barrel because it was on sale and I couldn't find any grendel ammo or anything to reload it and I was seeing 6mm bullets everywhere and yeah the ARC is impressive. 5.56 recoil with 6.5 creed like ballistics.
The 6.5 Grendel is like a mini 308 and the 6mm Arc a mini 6.5 Creed
Very good comparison. I agree, the 6mm arc is basically a 6.5 creed lite
Nice rifles. Thanks from those of us who didn't go to shotshow!
Beautiful stuff!
Very nice guns, love the content as always ☺☺
6mm ARC can feed from 6.5 Grendel mags, IF you shave down the front wall lip to clear the 6mm tips feeding.
Haven't had any issues with factory ammo and the only bullet that doesn't feed right for me is a Sierra match king-if I load bullets with a 0.03" jump out more.
I use Ammunition Storage Components mags.
Always a great vid.
Wow I cant wait to see CN first mag review video :) .... building another 308 myself wish I had the 6.5 for hunting the big game here in Alaska.......
Heard about the 6 mm ARC today on Ron Spooner he likes the 6.8 Western for long distance
Thats cool. I am a little more excited about the 8.6BLK I cant wait to see what you think of it too
6mm ARC is my favorite. For sure picking up the GFR
that 6.5 was a beautiful rifle I’m sure that 6mm arc is awesome too
you need to get familiar 6mm ARC. I jumped on early and built one with a 22 inch BSF. Fantastic accuracy, really low recoil and the light weight factor is unbelievable. Fantastic on coyotes and deer
And yet it wont out perform the 6.8 Dasher from 18" AR setup.....sounds like you bought into 12 year old technology
Man those are BEAUTIFUL
My Giessllie 16" OD green 5.56 Superduty is by far one of my favorites and also one of my top accurate rifles that's never given me any issues and that's coming from someone that also owns a Noveske Infidel, LWRCI DI and a HKMR556A1. Giessllie is the shit!!!...👊🇺🇸🇺🇸💪
But it's still a 5.56... the point of this upload was to highlight different cartridges that may give an advantage over 5.56 (6mm ARC is very impressive)
Thanks Colion
Grew up .308, it's great!
Love my 6.5C
Very interested in 6 arc
Im hoping 6mm arc gets popular. 1000yrd round for a ar15 platform.
At this rate, the military is going to end up with so many specialty cartridges that logistics is going to be a nightmare, especially if we're prest into an actual war.
The military keeps turning a blind eye to the obvious choices for standardized cartridges; such as the 6.5 Grendel for the AR15 platform because it simply has the best balance of compromises for a general purpose combat cartridge.
The 260REM is a much better cartridge for automatic weapons feeding abuse; the bullet hangs out way too far with the 6.5 CM for reliable auto feed without knocking the seated bullet out of concentricity while being violently striped out of the mag and slammed into the feed ramp and into the chamber.
I'm sitting here thinking the same thing. How have they over looked a cart that offered 500-800 [ or more] yard ability from a twelve inch package!
SOCOM’s procurement and logistics infrastructure, especially for the specialized sniper elements these systems are developed for, is considerably more nimble than the conventional army’s logistical behemoth. This is not a derogatory statement towards the army, it’s a mere statement of fact, as both entities are built and resourced differently. Also, the gentleman from Geissele did not articulate the four major strengths of the 6mm ARC and the way Geissele designed each platform: 1) it is based on the AR15 sized platform (not the AR10), which he hinted at with the significant savings in weight. Anyone who carried an SR25 or CSASS know instinctively what that means, which is a good thing. 2) The trajectory of the 6mm ARC is flatter and the minimal recoil of the cartridge affords the Operator the ability to engage targets out to 1,000 meters while never loosing the target (out of the scope) under recoil, while retaining enough energy so that the sniper can see his own “splash” and make immediate corrections without a spotter. 3) The 6mm ARC is, for the most part, “barrel length agnostic”, which means it performs very well down to a 12” barrel, thus can double as an entry gun and a sniper platform with the simple addition of a mini-red dot sight on a 45° offset mount to the tube or mounted on top. 4) In a logistics “worse case scenario”, the Geissele 6mm ARC and their 6.5 CM systems can be converted to 5.56mm and 7.62mm relatively easy at the unit level. Last, the gentleman did not mention one thing about the cartridge that is a useful piece of trivia: it’s the only cartridge that was designed from the ground up and successfully fielded in a time of war (with lethal effects) for a specific military customer prior to the public getting any wind of its existence. Several civilians mocked the cartridge saying “we didn’t need or ask for this round”, which is true. The Americans who are serious and tasked with killing people asked for this cartridge and they are happy with what they got.🇺🇸
Yes, but don't seek logic, when they scrapped no issue Beretta M9 in favor of Sig, same Sig that kept failing.
Because they highly likely refused to pay Beretta their share due on next contract.
I love my M9. Not many 9mm that can go neck to neck with it. In reliability, looks, and durability.
@@asador7922 That's all very nice about the 6ARC, but the 6.5 GRENDEL still has the best balance of compromises though. The 6ARC is a fine target round, but a combat round requires more than just transonic range, it also needs terminal ballistics, and cover penetration.
@@asador7922 In regards to logistics; you know what's going to happen if we're prest into a war. The major standard cartridges will take priority, and production of all these specialty boutique cartridges are going to be put on the back burner to whither and die.
PDW Be a fun piece for hunting in close/thick habitats!
That logo at 15 seconds is difficult to look at with a trained eye
Nice video and very informative and very entertaining and very satisfaction more videos.
It’s interesting how public these platforms are. Also take a shot for every-time the guy says “Special Forces”.
🤣🤣He said special operations almost every sentence
Going to be drunk as hell at home
Back in the beginning of 300 AAC BLK a buddy and I had the market cornered and we contracted with several special operations weapons programs. I mention that almost more than the fact my great uncle is John Moses Browning!
You’ll be stone cold sober because he literally NEVER says “Special Forces” even a single time during this video. Not once.
"These are all made for government contracts"
Ahh yes, it's always good when the government thinks they can just break the laws they created and it's even better when these companies bend the knee and make them for them.
That said, I'd buy that PDW but not at the almost guaranteed $5000+ price it'll be.
Especially for just a pistol configuration version of it. No way. At that price why not just give me the regular stock and sell it to me as an SBR, since the $200 fee is peanuts compared to the price of the weapon.
@@MiniDevilDF How do you know it'll be that much?
@@owenmick4575 because they “have” to be that much, any weapon that is first contracted through the government needs “approval” from the atf aka bribe them/spend big money
If you've got a .308 lower or ar-15 lower, you can just assemble your own uppers with the barrels & recommended bcgs for a lower pricepoint. And you'll get that sense of "pride and accomplishment" that you won't get from certain video games. ;)
PDWs are so cute! This one is up there with Q's Honey Badger!
Great video!
Beautiful pieces of machinery! Love them all. Now if we can only dissolve the ATF, we all would be able to rest a little bit more. 👍🏼👍🏼🥰🙏🏼🙏🏼
I own a Geissele Super Duty 10.3” pistol in 5.56 NATO and it’s quality is phenomenal. I’ll buy the 20” Sniper Support Rifle in 6.5 CRD as soon as they release it. Checked their website and it isn’t yet available. Neither is the GFR in 6MM ARC.
Amazing offerings from Geissele !!!! Quality is just about guaranteed.. being available to the public? Amazing! But the one thing that scares me is price! There is available to the public... and then there is available to the rich... let's face it .. any time a company uses the word proprietary .. it means more expensive....
Easily 5k just for one of those guns alone I imagine, mags, accessories, ammo......yeah that isn't average joe friendly pricing.
High expectations for 6 ARC! Thanks CN
I absolutely love ❤ your channel and your merchandise truly a man of Excellence. You represent the Free and the Brave. If they take our weapons we will be marched into Fema Camps. Thanks A Billion!🤗❤😍
Awsome can’t wait for the Arhc
Nice firearm tools.
that's so cool. I'll never be able to own any of these in Cali, but awesome nonetheless Geissele!
I think you can. If they start selling the uppers for these by itself then just buy the upper online and slap it onto your AR lower.
That guy would be great to chat & have a beer with for some gun talk especially if props were supplied 👍
Wow can't wait to get one
Trust me I have two 6mm ARC's one with an 18" barrel and the other is a 12.5" barrel. The 6 ARC is outstanding. I like the 6.5 Grendel as well but I'm leaning towards my 6 ARC more.
Agreed
I also have a 6mm ARC with an 18" barrel. It is a fun little cartridge. I still need to shoot it out longer ranges, but I am impressed so far.
There is not much difference between the two balistically.
Always loved the idea of a 14.5/13.7 6arc. Maybe in an AK. Idk, just seems optimal for where I live.
I hope the round becomes more available. There is only one place around me that I've seen selling it and it's bought up almost immediately when ever I do see it.
thank you
Arc seems like a SLIGHTY smaller Grendel, almost negligently so
smaller and faster.
Now i find myself needing a 6mm Arc with no idea how awesome it really is
My guy colion!!!!
Wonderful video. Keep shooting straight brotha.
Awesome! I def want them.
Wow. So many nice new guns, yet so little money. Cheers.
WOW ! Beautiful rifle and chambereing. Can only imagine the price point , for now I will be happy with my 300 black out carbine for home defense/ 30 caliber rifle trunk gun for the car .
That sniper rifle was mechanical sexiness, but the PDW was my favorite, thank you for showing them.
@ColinNoir indeed the 6 MM Arc is a really nice cartridge. Very accurate and has a really good BC.
built an arc a year ago. love shooting it
I bought a 6mm ARC roughly 7 months ago........ I haven't fired it yet because I'm still gathering ammo. I've found 4 boxes of 20 in that time.
I'm just not desperate enough to be willing to pay the shipping on ammo.
This is so awesome! That’s my best friend‘s dad Jason Mann 😂
Love the 6mm ARC, built my own.
My caption for the thumbnail was CN "I'm so distracted by this awesome weapon, I can barely hear you"
O shhhh! I can see a 1st mag video on the 6mm arc comin relly soon baby!!! Yeeeeee!!
Why Collin? Why? Now I need a 6mm ARC. God damnit.
My 6ARC is a fine, fine rifle. You absolutely need to get behind one.
I have the 6MM ARC love that cartridge!!!!! 1k yards all day
I have an 18” faxxon barrel
