It really depends on where you live. Garlic here in Southern Europe tastes WAY stronger than the one in North America. 10 cloves of garlic in a recipe here would be unedible.

Try a garlic fried egg. Simply mince garlic, fry with a cracked egg on top. Delicious with asian foods, really carries the garlicy flavour.
