I am italian and i would like to move pernanently to Lviv. Is it possible now to reach west Ukraine by flight? And do they check if you have residence permit or in this period you can stay as much as you want since nobody checks anyhthing?
Because of the war, planes don't fly to Ukraine, so you have to fly to the nearest country. In order to move to Ukraine, a foreigner needs to obtain the relevant documents, because without them, the period of stay will be limited to a certain number of days.
