It's just temporary while we're getting a shiny new studio ready - exciting, right? We have just shot our first classes in the new studio. These classes should be out at the end of October.

Fantastic, Mira! Do you have a wrist-friendly flow that is on the mat and not standing? I can't put too much pressure on my upperbody (so no downdogs and planks) as I am recovering from a chest surgery but I still wanted to work my arms 😢
