We are renovating our farmhouse too! It’s a modular home that needed expanding more than updating. Wish we recorded more. Inspired by your video. Excited to see your kitchen transformation! How wonderful to have your family home.

Hey guys I know this is off topic but could you tell me how much it cost to butcher that whole cow. And how much to butcher that whole hog? And have you ever gotten quotes from the Amish butchers i have been seeing that the Amish are very reasonable in there butchering prices VERY VERY REASONABLE! Btw I am just realizing I wasn't subscribed yet but I am now! Thanks for all you do! Your great

Thanks for subscribing. So the farm we use gets it’s hogs from the Amish. They don’t use the Amish to butcher the animals not sure if it has to do with selling meat to the public or laws in Kentucky. They use a professional butcher shop. They have all of the prices set in one bill so it’s easy to pay and there is no extra fees. So you know the exact price going in. So no I don’t know the breakdown cost of butchering at the farm we use. I do like how there is just one bill no package fees no extra this or that. We just order what we need and a month later we pick it up all packed frozen and ready to go. Sorry I don’t have more information on it. Have a blessed day
