Totally get your point! Rally racing is insanely challenging due to its unpredictable nature. However, every form of racing has its unique trials. I can't disagree, rally is like an all-in-one extreme motorsport package! It's the very essence of racing against the elements. It truly is hard to beat. In order to be competitive, a lot of sim racers adjust their FFB down to very low values. It's like always; when you want to be the best in a game, the fun level goes down...
Hey @b.s.7693, I see where you're coming from, but I want to clarify a few things. My FFB is definitely on, and usually set quite high. In fact, if you take a closer look at my video, you'll notice a significant amount of wheel movement, indicative of high FFB settings. I value the realism and feedback that strong FFB provides, as it's essential for understanding car behavior and dynamics. And I don't care about world records. Just to be clear, running without FFB wouldn't logically make me faster! On the contrary, it's the nuanced feedback that aids in precision driving. I encourage you to check out more of my content to see that I'm often been told that my ffb is too high!
The rally drivers I have watched usually use the "feed the wheel" steering technique so their hands don't overlap when they steer in tight corners. Not sure if there is a right way. Brilliant driving though, beautiful to watch.
Codemasters makes the best driving engine by far! I wont watch a 3rd person racing video, it the same as driving an RC car, stupid! Cockpit view is driving! This setup is unreal! Watching this compared to any other driving game, makes other games look so fake! Awesome video! great driving too!

I love dirt rally 2. It was my first sim game besides f1, loved rally way more. This is an insane setup. I might get a bit queasy haha
Haha Thank you so much! Really appreciate it 🙌
Feedback - 0%
In order to be competitive, a lot of sim racers adjust their FFB down to very low values. It's like always; when you want to be the best in a game, the fun level goes down...
@b.s.7693 my FFB was at 100%. So 8NM👍
That's kind of impossible with 8NM 😁
@@ProjectSimRacing of course it's possible, you can fully turn down the strength in-game.
DR2 physics are so spot on in the gravel almost to perfection . I hope they manage that level for tarmac too in the upcoming WRC 23
Lets hope so! That would be great!
For the first time in a very long time, I am actually excited for a new WRC release.
@niklasjonssonwesterlund8882 I'm very excited as well! let's see what the new game brings us😊
ITs like driving on a ice skating ring not really actual physical driving reality but close enough.
Each game has its unique interpretation of physics, and sometimes it can feel like a bit of a balancing act
Dirt is the best realistic driving game ever made.
Nice setup. Very real.
Thank you so much! 🙌
this was insane! wow :O
Thank you so much mate 🙌
This games always will be the best rally game for me
👍 I love DR2 too! 😊
You have definitely earned my sub! Holy moly PSR, you are wild man.
Love the setup btw!
Thank you so much man! I really appreciate it 💙 ✌️
Ray Tracing 🤩, gorgeous
Thank you!✌
This is impressively immersive and great driving ☺
Thank you so much 🙌
Right, this is exactly what I want to build. Now, off to convince the Mrs to give up one of the rooms, wish me luck.... 😁
Haha😄 My room here ua-cam.com/video/_BNNc7JcLVM/v-deo.htmlsi=mG9_RZ_XtRTJ-NaD
Is only about 4,5x3m. So you don't need a very big one 😊
nice setup, 3 monitors do nice job
Thank you! 🙌
The rally drivers I have watched usually use the "feed the wheel" steering technique so their hands don't overlap when they steer in tight corners. Not sure if there is a right way.
Brilliant driving though, beautiful to watch.
Thank you so much! Really appreciate it 🙌
Everyone has their own tehnic tbh. There's no right or wrong really 😉
Codemasters makes the best driving engine by far! I wont watch a 3rd person racing video, it the same as driving an RC car, stupid! Cockpit view is driving! This setup is unreal! Watching this compared to any other driving game, makes other games look so fake! Awesome video! great driving too!
Thank you so much mate! Really appreciate it 🙏🙌
I just noticed you push for shift up and pull for shift down. It looks really strange and it cannot be unseen now :)))). Anyway, really nice driving!
Hahaha I'm used to it because I had it like that in my Golf R mk7🙂 But in my latest videos I do it the right way 😉😁🫡
You don't know what a sequential gearbox is?
@@BoBo-pl3wwreal racing sequential is reversed (push for downshift and vice versa)
@@Sortsyliccorrect, it's supposed to follow the momentum of the car
This is always be my dream ❤
Thank you mate! 🙌
Wow, incredible driving and setup 🔥🤙
Thank you so much! 🙌
this guy is so friggin' good 👍👍. (not me using my wheel rim as a toilet seat... nope 😭)
Haha😆 Thanks mate!
Great driving skills on show here 👍 Colin McRae would be proud.
😊Thank you so much! I really appreciate it 🙏🙌
Wholy legendary driving
Thank you so much man! 🙏
very cool rig well done ....a super good game i also like colin mcrae dirt 2 now thats a beautiful game as well on a good pc what a game
Thank you so much brother! Really appreciate it 🙌
This looks amazing can’t wait to build a sim set up.
Thank you so much! Really appreciate it 🙌
Here's how the setup looks like nowadays 😁 ua-cam.com/video/PmI0VHUsQpY/v-deo.htmlsi=7Fc-5s2LrIk-WcK8
championship win👍👍👍👍👍fantastic😅
Thank you!
Now you are unofficially qualified as a dirt really driver🎉.
Haha Thank you so much for the kind words! 😊✌️
Awesome driving, man!
Thank you so much brother! Really appreciate it 🙌
That 2 right onto narrow Bridge. Great work on that corner.
Thank you sir! 😁✌️
Love you videos, I also find it easier to drive the cars using the hood view. The inside view with wipers is so hard but more real. This way feels like cheating.
Thank you! 😊
I used this view because DR2 doesn't natively support triple screens and it was challenging to get the cockpit view to look any good. However, I've recently found a way to optimize it, so I'm using the cockpit view on all of my more recent videos 😁
Incredible👁👁
Thank you so much! 🙌
You need a stewart platform. And a VR headset. Put a body tracker on the platform, and use it to cancel-out the platform movement. 👌
Thanks for the information but I get motion sickness so I'll keep using my triples for now👍😄
I love this game so much I've got a wheel also BUT I'll never understand how these guys go this fast it's unreal... I just suck 😂
Thank you so much mate 🙏 🙌
All it takes is some practice and you'll get the hang of it 😉
felt like watching a POV rally. GG
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it ✌️
You have your shifter set up reversed. But you seem to get along with that perfect.
Haha I know 😊 I used to have it like that irl in my Golf R mk7, that's why😝 I have it the "right" way in my newer videos👍🙂
Damn! This game looks amazing. Awesome driving as well 👌🏻
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it! 🙂✌️
You're pretty good! 👌💯 I do 3'27" on this one but dry, with R2 Ford Fiesta. I must try on wet. Great performance!
Well I tried on wet road with m'y Ford Fiesta R2, I did 3'34"654 (but its not a compétition 😆). That was a bit more difficult of course, but also more fun. Thanks for giving me some new challenge! 😊
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it!
That's a good time! 🙂 And no, it's not a competition 😄 We are just having fun and I'm happy good provide you with a new challenge! Thanks for you comments! ✌️
It feels like you do not have to follow the road.
Because the road follows you.
Amazing driving!
Wow, @LaszloBazso, what a compliment! It's all about feeling one with the road and the car. Thank you so much for the kind words💙✌️
love this game. And Damn you push hard. I just really funny that Rally games can do magic. The water pits up hill is hilarious. Anyways it doesn't matter. I guess one day AI will help getting stuff right. 🤣🥳🥂
Thank you sir! Yeah, the water pits😝🤣
Nice 👍The steering wheel in the centre of the car just looks weird to me though. Gives a totally different aspect. Like driving a kart.
Thank you! I agree with you 😊 But I used this view because DR2 doesn't natively support triple screens and it was challenging to get the cockpit view to look any good. However, I've recently found a way to optimize it, so I'm using the cockpit view on all of my more recent videos 😁
Now i can see the diference, i can see your evalution, even with the sequencial gearbox, you use it on opposite way 😂
I also have the fanatec handbrake and i have to create another support for it because it is monted to high like yours on this vídeo
I wish i were u. Playing the game in that game equipment. U're so bless. I hope one day i can buy it like yours... 😊 Bles us. Amin
I really hope you can get a setup like this one day soon 🙂 🙌
It looks like you're driving a boat with the center position & camera like that 😅. I've seen a few of your videos, amazing setup. Must've required a lot of work.

@@ProjectSimRacing I see. Even if you have the hardware, the software is still half the battle. Have a nice day 👍
@Hermes4ndMind yes exactly..
Thanks the same! 😊
It is like there is no roof on the car so yes a boat (-:
@LeftTechticle 😆
Big dream of every petrolhead guy. 👍
Yup🙂💙✌️
I would give anything to see NR2003 like this. If you could do that it would make my whole 2025!!! Also use the 2003 Texas, Atlanta and Daytona please! Thanks if you do.
I don't really like Nascar mate..
Proper 100% mint that 🔥🔥🔥👌
Thank you sir! 😁✌️
Fucking amazing brother! Cheer's 🥂

Oh my god, I just want this.
Thank you! 😊🙌
I think you should redo this video now I bet you are alot faster these days mate always love your content my friend. I'll try this track and car too
I actually thought of doing that a while back. Not a bad idea!
Thank you so much brother for the kind words 🙏
Your welcome my friend
@Grandadsimracing 🙏🙌
With the upshift, you pull the manual gear backwards not forwards
I know 👍 🙂
Amazing set up!
Thank you so much! 🙌
it looks soooooo good. your time and graphix 💫
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it 😊✌️
The road looks like it's made out of glass 😂
Pouuahhh, Amazing, what else 👍
Thank you so much! 💙✌️
Hello, it seems that physics is being circumvented somewhat here!? But it looks cool! 😀
😁 If you want to watch something a bit more realistic, then watch this video ua-cam.com/video/fWCtnLNy_sE/v-deo.htmlsi=dp5aq-ZfPIGH9EN4 or this one😉 ua-cam.com/video/tPUglqz07WQ/v-deo.htmlsi=PHFzJVvETBKN974M
...great driving THX...!
...but is it possible to turn off that symbols at the osd? please tell me...
Thank you so much for the kind words, @martinkidjoemueller! Absolutely, you can turn off the on-screen symbols in the settings. I've actually started driving from the cockpit view without any guiding symbols in my latest videos👍😊
Wow thats great :-)
But how and where in the settings? Please let me know ;-)
THX so much and all the best 2U
@martinkidjoemueller they are called OSD Settings and you can see them in this video ua-cam.com/video/WWqPfA01aR0/v-deo.htmlsi=kXdKuK4yOvGDbPCZ 😊
that looks incredible
Thank you!
It bothers me sooooo much that you are centered with the car. Lol so weird to see it like that. Killer driving, tho!!!!! Like for real. 🤟
Thank you so much brother!
And I know exactly what you mean. I used this view because DR2 doesn't natively support triple screens and it was challenging to get the cockpit view to look any good. However, I've found a way to optimize it, so I'm using the cockpit view on all of my more recent videos.
But it looks even better on the new WRC 23 ua-cam.com/video/YG7CdzusjeU/v-deo.htmlsi=P788FIOvW7FsPptp
And if you want to see how it looks on a game that has proper triple screen support, then you should definitely watch this video ua-cam.com/video/JUK7rUq_Ovw/v-deo.htmlsi=nZTKQVO1KesqVxEh
Back in the day. Kids with controller sticks.
Today kids with sims and steering wheels.
Btw that tv screens are perfect. Many others you can see thick black lines. Annoying. Yours more thin. Much better.
Thank you! I actually use bezel hidders nowadays. Here's how it looks in my latest video ua-cam.com/video/iIqpGegGZhA/v-deo.htmlsi=y3mVpixrS8yUhWak
Great!!!! But: The direction in which you shift up and down is the other way around in real Rally-Cars 🙂
Thank you, @mortlde! Yes, I'm aware of that 😁. I previously owned a Golf R Mk7 where the gear shifting was the opposite way, and I got used to it. However, in my more recent videos, I've made sure to shift gears the correct way, as in real rally cars. Thanks for pointing it out! 👍😊
@@ProjectSimRacing Haha, yes, I owned a BMW where it was like in Rally-Cars, and I got used to it :-). Then I owned a Skoda, where it was the other way.. I didn't manage to get used to it, haha... Now I have a Tesla - no need to shift :-).
But hey, at the moment i use the Pedals on the Wheel to shift (playing EA WRC 23 - i love it!) because I have no decent shifter... Its fun though :-)
@@ProjectSimRacing btw: Your Setup ist just AWESOME!!!!
@mortlde, thanks for sharing your experience! It's funny how we get used to certain gear shifting patterns, isn't it? 😄 And switching to a Tesla must be quite a change! Paddle shifting can definitely be fun, especially in a game as great as WRC 23. Glad you're enjoying it! Also, I truly appreciate your compliment about my setup. It means a lot! 🙏😊
@@ProjectSimRacing Switching to a Tesla is kind of switching to a Smartphone from a Nokia 3210 😀
Amazing. Nice job! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it 💙✌️
Get in cockpit view and Yr immersion and sense will be so good

@@ProjectSimRacing that's the nuts.yes my man 😎😃
@molebwoy2608 😁Thanks mate! 🙌
