Yes man. These players are fast. But i can't understand why they play a RALLY game. This guy knows the course better than a circuit. He does not even need pacenotes. This is not rally. So don't bother about being slower in dirt rally, as much as you have fun and play "clean" regarding your conception of the game. For me, trying a stage before an online challenge is dumb. I can do maybe 1 recce to spot corldriver mistakes (that sucks, especially in Italian and they are not always timed) but the thrill is not maxing the stage. The thrill is finishing it for the first time, giving 95% like real pro drivers.
A simulation is trying to be close to real life as possible and this ones damn close so its similar focus to what he would need to actually do it. Saying “even with this just being a sim” is down playing the quality and realism here

I was watching a tutorial type of video before this at 2x speed. But, I did reset the speed back to normal at the end. Then when this video started, I thought the video speed setting was not saved and was back to 2x. So, when I saw that the speed setting showed normal, I was like …. “WHAAAAAAAATT?”
Anybody can achieve that by just playing every day and learn the turns like him. i would like to see him in a veey first stage without the ability practice on it.
How long does it take you to learn a rally stage to the point you can drive it like that? I could spend weeks learn every bump and still not have the skill to lob it through corners like that. Impressive shit man
well the more u drive the more u learn the road, plus its a game so u can crash as much as u wanna so u can just test the boundaries. judging by myself on asseto corsa about a day or 2 to learn nurburgring where u can drive it without crashing

The game has actually false fov settings which makes it unrealistically fast. Compare it to real onboards and you see there is huge difference. No doubt this guy is a beast but thats why it feels so fast.
Reason why I dont like dirt 2 is because the speed makes 0 sense. Its as if the game speed i x2 and it supposed to look as if you are driving a fk rocket. The driving was golden 🙌🏻
