    Things to consider:
    Consider why there are positive/constructive thoughts, feelings and desires and negative/destructive ones. Do you think that they come from the same place? Do you believe that there could be a realm that is undetectable to the physical senses from which thoughts, feelings and desires come? Do you think that each person is free to either accept or reject thoughts, feelings or desires, free to choose what to believe and accept and free to choose what not to believe and reject?
    Do you think its possible that positive thoughts, feelings and desires can lead to a positive, healthy life while the negative ones can lead to a negative, unhealthy life?

    I ALWAYS get depressed in the winter months. I actually admitted myself in December for my depression. I was told I have bipolar as well. It’s interesting to hear someone else with this talk about it. Thanks for sharing your experience and I hope you’re doing well!

      Im so proud of you for reaching out for help! Welcome to the bipolar baddie club haha honestly yes its a roller coaster but i’ll tell you this, anytime we get out of a depressive episode or finish a manic one, the new perspective we gain is the KEY on how to handle the next one!     Do you experience insomnia before depression happens.

      YES, that’s the key sign of knowing an episode is about to start. For me usually it’s having trouble falling asleep due to a racing mind followed by waking up through the night and the bad sleep leads to being tired and groggy during the day then a few days later BAM depression fully settles in. But I’ve learned moving my body around to tire myself out with an intense workout like running helps with those symptoms so i have a better chance of sleeping due my body being physically exhausted. Hope this helps ❤️

    Lord Jesus Christ
    I accept you into my heart to be my Lord and Saviour
    Remove all depression from my mind, body and heart forever more
    Make me a child of God now and forever more
    Thank you God
    Amen🎉
