Yeah because they are both primitive. When you draw figures with simple lines they're going to look the same. They also look like drawings of 3 to 5 year olds from all over world. Because those people were at the "toddler" stage of civilization evolution.
@@Metal0sopherwhile you are correct about all simple line drawings having a similar look, I think you are disrespecting the culture, by viewing through a biased lens. We actually have very little information yet on their culture. Many of the ancient cultures were far more sophisticated than we first assumed. Consider the antikythera device, for instance, which is sufficiently sophisticated in design that people first mistook it for something modern “contaminating” the site. Simple, clean design that is able to be carved into stone doesn’t necessarily equate to a “toddler” level of culture.

Human society evolved very similarly to the way a human being evolves, from birth to adulthood. "Toddler stage" is an aphorism to put into perspective the knowledge base of the ancients and how it evolved. Just like a human baby is born with a complex brain but one that takes decades of experience and education to become an expert in adulthood. The same is true about human evolution. By 100,000BC the human species had a brain as capable as ours, but it took 100,000 years of experience and learning to get to computers and rocket science.

There is a reason that all modern science, law, technology, even arts and entertainment is based on Classical Greek philosophy. Yet even they struggled with this and Socrates was put to death for denying the existence of "gods". So even the average Classical Greek was not as advanced as the philosophers. But the important point is that no other culture ever became this advanced in the past. Show many any other culture that put aside the gods and explained all things around them with logic and math. It doesn't exit. That's why the antikythera mechanism does exist, and it was not the only one. The Classical Greeks had music boxes, automatic fountains, automatic doors to temples and more. You just have not studied your history.
Also comparing distant cultures, separated by millennia spans of time, using "Greek' as an equivalent is a deceptive red herring, and evidence that the person speaking either does not know history or a conman. Today we build computers and sky scrapers. Does this mean that all cultures on Earth know how to do it. Have the Somali independently reinvented the micro chip? This is not how life and evolution work. You'll need to read thousands of books to understand. A few youtube videos is NOT education.

According to him, it is an unknown archaeological site, so far. However, at the beginning of the interview you can see a map which specifies the excavation area. Zaña, which belong to Lambayeque Region. In a place called “la otra banda cerro de las animas “ he said that, which is close to a town called “Ucupe”.

The relief of the creature looks Chimu to me, their culture started in Peru 900 CE, 4000 years old would put this structure before the Chavin culture. If it is 4000 years old it would be pretty interesting but I have to question how they came up with that number.

Wonder it there was/is an Artesian Spring to provide fresh water, hence the rooms all constructed in a row along the middle of the hillside as though an irrigation path/channel would have fed each "house" fresh water (indoor plumbing!). This is something seen at many other Peruvian civilization sites, such as Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo, Baño del Inca, etc.
