    लेकिन 2 बातें हैं १. मुझे नींद अच्छी आती है और २. दबाव में मेरी कंसन्ट्रेशन और भी अच्छी हो जाती है।
    शायद मैंने डिप्रेशन से जीतना सीख लिया है।

    Nice video but practical steps are needed to reprogramme the mind. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing negative thoughts-anxiety For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10 minutes or more. Slowly negative thoughts will reduce and relax the mind. Whenever you are free in the day or night sit still for 2 to 5 minutes and observe your breath. Being still reduces negative thoughts. Make it a habit. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Since many years I have made it a habit to observe my breath sensations when I take a walk, when reading, on the phone, before sleep etc and feeling relaxed and healthy. No deep brearhing needed.       I think I am also. I am staying alone. Always do worry or fear of unknown haunts me. Its effect my sleep also. I have not gone any type of psycotherapy and psychiatrist. Do you think they can cure it? I am confused. Sorry for my English. Its not my native language

      @@khushboogoklani565 Jab Tumhe Anxiety disorder hoga tab tumahara ea muh bandh ho jaega. Main 3 saal se suffer kar raha hoon. Paresaani me hoon isiliye solution dhund raha tha. Medicine chal raha hai. Lekin is tarha se bich me tumko ghusne ka zarurat nehi hai.

    Yes it happens with me jo mai nhi kehna chahti actually mai vo man mai keh deti hu negative thoughts mere special person ko lekar hamesha ate hai anger mai kabhi kabhi jo nhi kehna chahiye like negative thought me vo keh deti hu Mujhe anxiety hai mai unko khona nhi chahti aur us topic ko lekar bar bar man mai chalta rehta mere

      @@niksa5512 hello mam... i was diagnosed from GAD but still it happens that After sometime I want to leave my own friends group I feel unsafe because of their little joke on me I think whole about their joke and I can't focus on studies because of this . I use to write replies of jokes on my notes it becomes life threatening for me just a little friendly joke. Thanks 😑

      There are several factors in reducing social anxiety quickly. One place I found which successfully combines these is Kevs Control Plan (google it if you're interested) definately the no.1 guide that I have ever heard of. look at all the great information .

    Sir main 5 year se anxiety se suffer kar raha hoon . jab jab anxiety attack aaya driving karte hue hi aaya. Ab main drive karne se darta hoon . Bahar Jaane se darta hoon.
    Kya karoo samajh nahi aa raha.
    Medicine ke alawa koi samadhan ho to Bataye.
    Bina bahar nikale koi kaam Hoga nahi anxiety se rahat hai lakin man me dar (phobia) paida ho gaya hai.
