No matter what industry you are in there are some people who are absolutely rude. You do great work! Have you though about special order for the person who wanted the larger Squid? In this case have them put a deposit on the order (non-refundable) and sign a contract with color, size, total cost, shipping and payment method, shipping date, etc. This may be an option to increase sales. Keep up the good work!

I have a grand total of everything i took but i had lists and i definitely did not stick with them , i just crocheted what i wanted when i wanted , when i could 😂😅
