I can't believe y'all got that turbo that actually spool up and whoosh out and you got a two-step on it. You should have went ahead and wailed on the throttle a little bit and hit the two-step and then just went ahead and took off
That line goes supposed to go to the camshaft and rocker shaft. With the oil cooler bypass plate, you bypass those oil that supposed to go to the camshaft and rocker assembly to the oil cooler and flow it back to camshaft and rocker shaft assembly (pressured). Its a big no no to flow it back to the filler, could make the rocker runs dry. My sollution is to parrarrel the line right before the turbo and flow it back to the another port of the bypass plate. For the turbo drain, run it to the inlet rocker plug.
For anybody looking for a very accessible (cheap) EFI option, should look into the P59 ECU (2003-2007 Silverado, Tahoe, Sierra, Yukon, Express, Savanna, H2, Corvette, etc.) There's a nice beta base tune and instructions made by some weird nerd that looks like he hasn't shaved in 10 years.
So that oil system is all wrong. You can get oil from there its not enough volume or pressure for a journal bearing at all as it makes about 5psi at redline and you need 20 as a minimum. The drain has to go somewhere without restrictions. Having built a few turbo bikes and one that i believe is gonna take some records add an external pump tank and oil system for the turbo. I have made it work but it involves cutting cases and redoing the drive for the pump and the rest of the oil system.. you can get oil pre restrictor at the clutch cover (the head has a restriction) but while better its still a crap option and your gonna find your starving the engine for oil take my advice go electric pump and separate system. Doing it the right way the other way is labor intensive to say the least
Around a bar of boost! That's awesome! Usually, when a random engine is combined with a random turbo, the match isn't great. Great to see it working well. I have the feeling that it doesn't like the boost in high rpm. Maybe it's just the video or sound that makes it deceiving. Not sure what would cause this.

better to have gone for the 140, the oil cooler lines are fitted and emerge from under the cylinder on the case... start in gear... few other advantages, like the clutches generally hold up better... anyway. later! when she blows! tee-piece and needlevalve/restrictor on the turbo... returning the line straight back to that plate, turbo draining to crankcase... the valve covers are convenient? that plate feeds the cams... that need oil under pressure, theyre only supposed to have a cooler bolted on there. cams will fail without oil under pressure... and then the crankcase breather has to be vented, catchcan type thing as the pumping action isnt good on the turbo. if it cant drain freely, it just floods and then the oil starts sneaking past the seals and youre just blowing smoke... given the volume of that intercooler, she should haul... singles need that volume! yes, its spooling but tdo25/td03 or whatever that is is still too effin big! the vz21 will run a bit better... and theres a billet wheel for them ;) um... MAP sensor... those integrated ones are 99.99% of the time 1bar... yes, just drill a hole in the manifold and shave a standard 2-3bar in there... then recalibrate rather than use that integrated one.
I had a spark plug chip off a piece of the porcelain just like how that spark plug appeared to have broken in this video and well let’s just say the s50 in the m3 isn’t too happy about it on cylinder 4😢 it left behind deep scoring on the cylinder walls and it’s going to need a home and oversized pistons eventually! Big sad. The leak down shows that one cylinder down on over 24%
Hay Man I grew up around these pitbike motors and I think you could get alot better doss out of it, I personally think your not getting your full rev out of it something is governing that acceleration if you listen to a normal pitbike 125cc motor freely rev the rev very high and they have a limiter, your engine is reving but not getting anywhere near the limiter you need to play with the slide on the throttle or the FI you put on but I love it!! Been watching every episode I get so excited when I see you have dropped a new episode much love ❤️ (BTW please do a 190 daytona motor in it next they are 5 speed and electric start)

For reference, the chinese 4 stroke motors are replica honda 4 stroke motors you can tune it using a 125cc or most people i know tune a china 125 using a honda 80 4 stroke

You can put a bike brake lever on the steering wheel for the gas and put the brake where you have the gas pedal that way you can only have one lever for the shifter
this thing makes the right noises , btw since this engine is used in our bikes so add a small size china exhaust on it (it does sound really well with it since i tried it )

i would say compressor surge. the air has no where to go so it escapes back out from the turbo inlet making the flutter. despite the cool sound it is not healthy for that turbo and you may experience boost lag from all the wrong way turbulence. need to run a blow off valve. I wouldn't run a inlet pipe either maybe just a velocity stack. also add a port to intake runner and run vacuum to wastegate. adding more boost tuning options in the futher
love the build would so like to know what boost you actually make because your cam probably has overlap so you aren't actually getting your full potential.
a Muffler? or a little boy racer cannon? maybe one with a pretty coloured turn down? just like someone would cobble up on their wee Suxuki GIXXER250 lol. I know it seems a little backwards, when a Hydraulic handbrake and any hand brake gets pulled towards you. but I think, as you are not strapped in, and could pull yourself out of the seat and have to push against the steering wheel to keep yourself in the seat. it could be better to push on the brake lever just as you would a pedal brake, as pushing would stabilise you in the seat & give you more control. (I could be wrong, but the best person to confirm that would be someone that needs full hand controls to drive)

put air filter in front of the turbo pipe so nothing will fly inside of it.
Thank god that tuning a ECU of a turbo motor is so easy! You press "Page Up" until it explode, rebuild the engine and do it again :D

theres an adjustable button limiter for these chinese pitbike motors at least where im from they are really popular it can act as 2 step basically

In Australia, we LOVE compressor surge. We call it a Dose sound. It's not as bad for the turbo as people think!
