Why are my chicken eggs so small? Do I need to get a refund on my chicken?

Your chickens should be laying eggs around 16 weeks but it takes 40 weeks for them to get up to full size.

I am wondering which part of the world where you are. Some of your words are familiar to me that I don’t hear anymore. My son likes his cooked over easy too, that’s what he calls them.

My mother called those pullet hens when they are young and laying the smaller eggs.
