5 slivers of sliced white onion
1/2 Tsp Ball mixed Pickling Spice
1/2 Tsp minced garlic
1/2 Tsp Dill weed
Brine:
2 cups white vinegar
2 cups apple cider vinegar
4 cups water
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp pickling salt

I’ve never canned eggs before so I’m looking forward to trying this! I’m curious, and new to canning. But, is a 10 minute water bath long enough to kill any bacteria or botulism? I know you’re way smarter on this then me, will you explain lol

You do realize that when you measure out your seasonings etc. If it is mounded up like thar ALL of your measurements are off by 50%.
