    Thank you for clarifying the differences between jelly, jam and preserves. I've gone my whole life wondering what the difference was... and now I know thanks to you! Love your channel!!!

    Word of advice: next time you make pineapple jam you can take the core, cut it upand eat it while you make the jam. (Also you can use the skin the make wine with, but how the wine comes out is heavily dependant on how much you cut up the skin).

    Maybe its because i like pineapple a lot, but when you threw away the pineapple core my heart broke.
