Thank you for this video. There seems to be some kind of a bug that is proc'ing billions of damage. Most crit damage appears to be in the range of 500k-3M. Even the overpower+crit damage is less 10M. However, occasionally, we see big crit numbers in range of 200-800 billion.
Sure, pure Fireball with Destructive Fireball has most of its dmg from a bug. This build specs on one single point into Fireball and takes Greater Fireball. This build will not be affected much if the bug is fixed as this is a Shatter build. Shatter cannot crit.
If they fix any bugs to any other class than SB I’m done with the fucking game. I played Sorc to 240, switch to SB, then switch back around 260. SB is so unbelievably broken
The skill "shatter" might have a bug. At around 1:30-1:31 in the video, the monster in the upper right corner takes approximately 500k burn damage, but shatter deals a massive 11M damage to it. From another perspective, shatter stores 45% of the damage the monster takes while frozen, releasing it when the freeze ends. In the video, the damage dealt by shatter is in the hundreds of billions. If this isn’t a bug, it would suggest that the burn damage the monster received while frozen was even higher.
Hi Roxy, thanks for the build. I see some other fireball builds use Staff of Endless Rage. You use 2 Legendries instead. Is i a must have? Or staff is OK too?
Have you tried dropping lucky hit to restore resource temper on amulet for evade cooldown for more teleport? I have many GA and mine is usually 85-100% mana. Would Lucky to restore still be ideal do you think or conditional to other GA? Also have you weighed pyromancy attack speed on the amulet instead of vulnerable? I am genuinely asking because I have a godly ammy and I am nervous to temper XD
Pit 100 was supposed to be the max this season with the stat squish. In the PTR so many people requested higher pit tiers that they put it in even though it didn't really work properly (tons of bugs in 100+ pits) 150 pits often had bosses with 5-10% HP starting and all the rare mobs names and affixes were bugged as well.
So, I think Shroud would be better instead of Raiment. You can use TamCry or PocCry (whichever works better, didn't go sorc this season, can't test), because you still need a pixel pull and Shroud gives more damage than Warcry and Raiment combined. Also more tankiness cause you won't have so many Glass Cannon points. Then you can also use XolXal for perma +20% Life. Vortex won't be on demand which can be clunky, but the Damage might worth it. Damage would be more consistent and higher for sure. Also tankier. I might be wrong, I just came up with this after looking at the gear.
I've tested it, but in higher tiers it feels terrible. It is unreliable, especially for builds that require pixel stacking. Zero control over grouping feels bad. Vortex failing to group mobs too spread out, LOS'd behind geo or when they are unstoppable = longer kill times. It is a great chest, but not for Shatter or my CL build. Feel free to use it, but we don't like it.
Do you have a 250 Paragon? I'm not that good to remove points from a 100% Paragon board How do you cap your resists? I'm not even close to that with +10% Resist inciense Why double teleport?
So, weirdly, I don't do any harm to this build. Boss fight lasts 5 minutes on a Pit 60, why?? The Pit 60 also takes far too long for me because there is no damage
Nice think You are like lasst sorcerer tryiong to make this work. Iw put in bit over 100 hours and im done with this bullshit spirit shit season. Worst season so far for me. Normally i play hardcore make few hardcore chars but courent state of thing made me not want to play at all.

That’s a different build I believe. I’m not sure if they are shattering with that variant.
Im trying to finish this build is great for pit, how do you change it for speed farming?
Fireball enchant will hinder anything in the build instade of teleport if i put it as an option for better clear?

I have a video clearing 115 and updated planner I will try to post later tonight. Amulet has changed a little for the new variant.

Quick question: Did we actually lose damage, or did pit 200 get squished down to 150 (since that is the cap now) and like pit 110 is the new 150?
We don't lose DMG (and never did), the monsters have just more hp
we did lose damage and on top of that pit 150 is like 200. xpack totally fucked thios game up now they be fixing balance for another year.

This is a burn build. Burn cannot crit.

Fire is direct damage. Burn is a DoT. Burn cannot crit.

There is a lot of damage when "frozen enemies".... But I don't see in the build when we "froze" them.
Its enchantment + passive freezing enemies I belive, or tempering Lucky hit

Weighted stats aren’t fun to roll. Each season I spend 1-2b to reroll a single stat-it sucks :(

Ice blades is a conjuration skill. Using your ult has chance to cast any conjuration skill you have unlocked with out it being on your hotbar
And more important multiplikative vuln dmg
