- Andrea Meggiato and Michelle Jimenez of The Pizza Cupcake are trying to make a deal with Lori Greiner for their frozen snack company. As they negotiate, Michelle throws out facts and figures on Bantam Bagel, one of Lori's past investments, to compare the offers in hopes of securing a better deal. The Sharks are impressed -- but is Lori? From season 12, episode 13 of 'Shark Tank.' Watch 'Shark Tank' FRIDAY 8|7c on ABC, streaming, on demand, and Hulu.
The pizza guy dancing at the end he deserves a raise
That was a negotiation! Nicely done, both ladies.
Barbara’s mom:
You could see Lori knew she had someone smart when she popped that grin on the advisory shares counter offer
Barbara: U know ur numbers..for that reason I'm out.
Pizza cupcake has to be one of the most American things I've ever heard.
Unfortunately Barbara can’t be out. Because she’s already out. But if she were in, she would definitely be out.
Pizza cupcake: Hold on I'm dancing brother.
She did the best negotiating I’ve ever seen on shark tank. Offering 2.5% in advisory shares was genius to protect the valuation of the company to other investors.
The lil pizza dude was the actual master behind the entire operation
A round of applause for the mascot who made the serious negotiation seem fun ~ !!!!
That was the best negotiation I have seen on Shark Tank! Just Boom Boom Boom right back!
I dont like that you cut straight to the negotiation as i would have liked to see the pitch, and for that reason I'm out
Damn I scared for her lol I thought she was gonna let 2.5% get in the way and not do a deal
The girl was a real fighter
Barbara: I once ordered a pizza and it was 10 min late, for that reason, I’m out.
That was amazing to watch! I love her persistence in trying to work out a deal! If I had half of that I’d be more successful then I am now.
Except Lori didn't negotiate at all, she still got her 15%, the "advisory share" basically just meant they sold 12.5% of the company to Lori for 125k and the other 2.5% share were "given" to her for her advice. Just a matter of them being able to say their company's valuation is 1 million dollars.
Barbara- “I just don’t know the path you’re trying to go and for that reason my route!”
Oh my.. that's a 1st for the offers to go back n forth...so many times.. I'm glad she got that offer thou..she is hardcore..this was Amazing..🙄😊🤗
