Didn't know you were with Ruth's Chris. I was crazy about the remoulade sauce at Ruth's in Nashville. I haven't had it in years and don't know if they still serve it. They also had a Goo-Goo Freeze dessert made with Goo-Goo liqueur and chocolate ice cream (Haagen-Dazs, I believe). How heavenly was that!

i just found your channel! I'm off to watch more of your recipes. I was hunting for a GOOD blue cheese dressing because I have now tried several store bought ones and promptly threw each bottle in the garbage after tasting them. Question....how long does the dressing last in the fridge?
OMG!!!! I will never buy another bottled blue cheese dressing .....EVER!!! This is so easy to make and sooooo amazing. I went a tad heavy on the garlic but I am not complaining!!! Thank you for sharing your recipe (or Ruth's Chris recipe I should say). :) Off to look at more of your recipes now!
Congrats on sneaking up on 30,000 subscribers!!!!... It's just too damned easy to buy Ken's Extra Chunky Blue Cheese bottle 😝. The Marriott where I gig has great salads and i loved their dressing so I asked them what they use and it was Ken's. I do love to make a fresh Caesar dressing though. 🤘

I know that you’ve made Carrabbas food before, so I was wondering if your could make Carrabba’s penne max and cheese with their grilled chicken breast. It’s my all time favorite food of all time. I would cry if I would be able to make that at home myself.

Yes, I was with RCSH for 10 years. The remoulade is THE BEST, but I never had the GooGoo dessert. Maybe it was done at a franchised store?

Store bought Ken’s and restaurant quality are not the same recipe. I love the restaurant stuff but despise the bottled stuff in the stores.
