Mercedes-Benz EQE 2024 review: 350 sedan | EV family test of new BMW i5 and Audi e-tron GT rival

The 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQE sedan is becoming a common sight in some pockets of Australia, where electric car (EV) buyers that fancy a large sedan but can no longer take delivery of the Tesla Model S, have started to embrace the new model.
Of course, the EQE sedan also rivals the Audi e-tron GT, while the BMW i5 is waiting in the wings. Either way, the EQE sedan has to stand out in the crowd, and it certainly does that when it comes to exterior and interior design. All you have to do is take one look at it inside and out to know that.
But does the EQE sedan have what it take to fulfil the traditional role of a large sedan: family car duties? In this expert review, CarsGuide Contributing Journalist Emily Agar and her family of three put its EQE350 variant to test to find out.

There is one big problem with all these EVs they are horrendously overpriced! Who is going to pay $140k they are also very ugly No amount tech will fix. Further Mercedes Benz quality is absolutely terrible right now. My Mazda 3 Astina is better built than many modern Mercedes Benz models.

EQE is built solid. Quality is a huge improvement from what it was just a couple of years ago.
