It’s easy for us bbq content creators to let our meat rest, it gives us enough time to get epic b roll shots while it’s resting. Just like the flavors from that pichana, this video was out of this world! What wine were you sippin’ on?
Picanha so nice, I had to watch the video twice. Can’t wait to try something similar on the open fire this summer. My wine of choice is Carnivore Cabernet Sauvignon. Big & bold and goes great with beef.
Dude you're accent alone keeps me watching. Wish i had one this dope. It adds spice. Like u can explain something disgusting but i would still wanna try it.
Oh, that is a beauty! Strangely enough, my favorite cut of beef over the last few years is Tri-Tip (and I'm not even from California!). But they are all incredible when treated and cooked correctly. Great Job!
The amount of jus oozing out from a picanha never seizes to amaze me… did picanha seared with a coat of Mayo last week.. extra rich juiciness.. Trimmed off some of that picanha fat to make roasted potatoes too
I've been awaiting this video forever Brother! I truly love this series with that grill, it is by far my favorite! Favorite grill, favorite cut of meat, with my favorite couple! It doesn't get any better than that! Hungry? Hungry doesn't express it right, I'm more than hungry watching that! NINJA APPROVED !!!
campo viejo is a lovely rioja wine! Pichania is a really lovely steak & those mushrooms are perfect with steak! Loved everything! Just wish I was enjoying the sunny day with you both! 😋👍🏾
I make stuffed mushrooms with crumbled bacon, equal parts cream cheese and Italian blend cheese with some green onion for garnish. I might try that chorizo next time.
Some advice please? I am a South African of Irish & English descent with wonderful Portuguese-speaking friends from Mozambique & Angola, (which were once Portuguese colonies). But there is a problem! There is much disagreement between my "Portuguese" friends on how Picanha should traditionally be cooked. Option 1. As you have demonstrated here, no skewers! Option 2. The Picanha should be seared on both sides & then cut into 3 pieces to be cooked on a large skewer. Option 3. The Picanha should be seared on both sides and then cut into individual Picanha steaks that are to be cooked individually on small skewers to each person's taste. I absolutely love Picanha, but what guidance can you offer on "traditional" Picanha?
Can you do a turkey experiment weather it better to smoke it and then cook it in the oven or cook the turkey and then smoke it I wanted try don’t have a the stuff to 2 turkeys at once or even 3 if tryed it deep frying instead of baking
Looks DELICIOUS!! Wish me luck brother. I’m channeling my inner ninja today and smoking my first pork butt on my new pitboss. I always enjoy stopping by for new videos.
🙋 Hey bro' Ninja : Me: OMG !!! Ninja & Ninja are in Heaven 😇 My wife: OMG !!! Look how much blood !!! Somebody call the Police !!! 😱📞👮 It's an hard & difficult world !!! 👋😂🍻🇮🇹
So I got a question for you I live up north in Ohio. It is so hard to find fresh picanha. So my question is what is the best online place to buy like 9 lb?
Nice video amigo I'm very interested in buying this gaucho parrilla. Can you do indirect grilling? Does the cover part retain the heat like a kettle would do? Or it's just for the rain Gracias
That grill is just grilling, you can do indirect and that's one of the things I will feature latter on in the season but smoking like we are used too is not possible. For grilling is just the best!
We need more comparison videos. You cant just keep making food that's always delicious. Where are the, like it but don't love it. And we need some criticisms. We need miss ninja to be critical.
This is the most delicious PICANHA EVER! Remember to feed the *algorithm* by leaving a *like* and a *comment* below!
