How to see Speaker Notes while Presenting PowerPoint Slides on Zoom

- Learn how you can present with PowerPoint Presenter View on Zoom. This view helps you view your next slide or animation and notes when presenting.
However, if you just share your screen with your audience on Zoom, they will be able to see the notes as well. In this video you will learn how to just share the slide with your audience.

You can also present the slide show using the individual option in the slide show tab of the ribbon and open two PP windows.
How do I present on Zoom without the audience seeing that I'm going into the Advanced option to put the border around the presentation.

Thank you! this was great. Does this method (using the Advanced Tab and choosing "portion of screen") also work if I want to also view my Word Doc on my computer? How would I do that? I have a lot of content I want to kind of 'read' from within a Word Doc. What method is best? Thank you.
Quick Note: Share Partial Screen Option does *not** seem to be available on Webex or Google Meet at this time.
Shortcut for Presenter View on *PowerPoint for Mac* is Option + Enter
Presenter View on Nordic Keyboard can be found with [Alt gr] + [F5]

Thank you, sir.. But I am not able to get the presenter view by pressing alt + f5 or f5 .. View is also not like shown in your video. I am using ppt 19
I had tried this by sharing the full screen and then by changing it to presenters view.
But at that time pen pointer was not syncing...
I hope by this method, pen pointer syncing problem can be resolved.

When I select this option, my slides are blurry. To solve it, I try to increase the size of the slide in presenter view, however, I can’t see my notes when I increase it too much.
So, on the one end when I am able to see my notes the slides are blurry for the audience. On the other end, if I want to make the slides big enough for the audience, I can’t see my notes.

I used presenters mode in Microsoft teams but my screen size got reduced. So I couldn't continue with it
Zoom need to fix this ! It’s ridiculously complicated especially when you Stop Share to see you group then have to go thru all that again .

I used this approach but found some slides were difficult to read lots of text, and video's poor. Any advice welcome
Your view is different from what your viewers see. As long as you are able to pick pointers from your notes, you should be able to deliver clear presentations. Presenter view doesn't impact the quality of slideshow at all IMHO.
What about Mac? Will Alt F5 work on Mac also?
You can check with Option + Enter option for Mac

Google Meet does not have a partial screen share feature at this time. Looks like lots of presenters are looking for this :)
@@PresentationProcess yes sir...most eduacatonal institutions use google meet because its part of their Gsuite subscription for education.
Short cut nit working
Instead of this, do your full screen sharing of your computer screen and then open PowerPoint the normal way and present it. The same I do for Microsoft teams
