- How streetable is a turbo 400 in a 2019 Mustang? Well when you're making 1500+ hp there's not many transmission options. Working with David Duggan (The DÜÜG) of Shelby Killer Performance in Oklahoma City, we were able to use the factory paddle shifter and route the Transbrake/bump buttons through the clock spring for an ultra clean install on Chase Lautenbach's Mustang.

50 years ago people were driving th400s to work regularly .. we got soft over the years
they also had airplane gears to be cruise friendly lol

Insane power. I am good at 800wheel e85 11 5.0 gen3r built to hilt Boss motor. When i get th400 it will be easy 9 sec car. Daily driver too.
That car is sick. My Father left me his 15 5.0 manual I plan on getting it Boosted he wanted it done but never got the chance .
Traction control = powerful control modules. Got to upgrade the ecu, bcu and sensors.
Obviously no idea how traction control works
Does the paddle shifting only work on upshifting?
Yes. the shifter is gated and the solenoid only pushes one way

Putting th400 in my 800wheel 11 5.0 street car soon.
There was a time my grandparents used to drive from nyc to Florida with a 3 speed no over drive. Now it’s annoying lol. We are so spoiled.
They also had airplane gears and the national speed limit was probably 55 mph. It’s a different world now
