How Long to wear the DNA Appliance and Homeoblock. When to Adjust the DNA and Homeoblock. The DNA appliance needs to be worn 10-16 hours per day and it should be loose and passive prior to adjusting and expanding. Usually the appliance will get adjusted every 2-4 weeks depending on the patient and the amount of wear.

does the retainer you use for retention post treatment cover the top pallate of the mouth? Is it Essix or Hawley? Thanks

We don’t use retainers post treatment

We hope to not need retainers after the treatment is done. It should be stable and there should not be any other need for retainers.

Hi can you tell me the difference between the mRNA and meridian pm please? Are they the same?

I’m not familiar with the meridian. We are also not a fan of the mRNA either. Any rigid reposition or arbitrary pressure we do not find helpful. We use a bite plane and neutral bite position. It works great for airway and TMJ problems
