how are results maintained after treatment
What works better. Homeoblock or Vivos dna?
If designed and used the same, they do the same thing.
Thank you so much for these videos. I am looking into getting the homeoblock to help with deep bite and asymmetry. I thought I only needed braces due to some crowding but my issues are so much worse than that I have discovered.
Can someone still use the homeoblock with a missing molar? I still have it at the moment but it's a failing root canal due to a break many years ago. All other teeth are healthy.
@@magsue3363 it can be used with a missing tooth
@@SereneOrthodonticsthank you for answering my question. I had been told by a dental nurse that it wasn't possible with a missing tooth but something told me this was incorrect information.
Thank you for the review of these appliances. A few questions -
1) Are these covered by dental insurance ?
2) Can they cause gum recession and tipping teeth like AGGA?
Expanders are paid for under the orthodontic benefits of a plan. Also, there is still quite a bit of out-of-pocket expense.
Watch this video and this will tell you how not to get recession or gum problems. ua-cam.com/video/LW-88q2CifQ/v-deo.htmlsi=AcEJEKaMRubwZGDO
Expanders are covered under orthodontic benefits. Every plan is different and needs to be examined for the benefits. Any appliance used the wrong way can get a poor outcome. The appliances we use will not get recession or teeth tipping with the protocols that we utilize. It is like saying Hammers are to blame for bending nails. People who use the hammer bend the nails because they swing the hammer the wrong way. The same is true with dental appliances. When they are used with improper protocols, they get poor outcomes.
can this my with my wisdom?
I don’t understand the question.
