Great video Mike! I'm surely going to test these deloading methods on my programming. One good topic for future videos would be when to not go by your planned program (e.g. if you're feeling just extremely strong one day, should you take a new 1RM / 3RM / whatever, even if your program says 5x5x400lbs). Or do you always suggest strictly sticking to the plan?

Could you keep your general training structure and simply drop your RPEs (ex: 9's to 8's or 7's) and ignore back off sets as a deload?
