Tabb: PLEASE incorporate a current sensor so people can monitor mah consumed in the Alta X. Voltage alone is so risky for new pilots flying in areas where the temperature significantly changes season to season. Futaba makes it so easy. Cheers!

Good point, we intend to add this in the future. Rest assured if you stay in our payload range you will not have any issues!

I just saw your comment AND the response after I posted my comment, and I cannot believe it [the reply]. They "intend" to add this in the future? Really? Like I said, a toy drone for $100 bucks has the basics covered, such as battery levels, altitude, distance and what not. Again, in all the years I have been flying drones and coming across the ALTA stuff, I have never seen anyone talk about the software. Well, now I know why... because it does not exist. Anyhow. Great hardware and thanks for posting.

Do you have a monitor to see what the drone sees?

Just curious where do you get that stand and those antennas for your tablet at (4:17) in the video? Also is it used to boost your connection with the tablet and the drone?

So you take off in manual mode and then switch it to GPS mode?

I feel that it is not safe for them to mount the battery in this way. 我感觉他们这样挂载电池不安全。

Nice hardware, but what about the software!? In all the years you guys are on the market, I have never ever seen a video that explains the software side of FreeFly Systems. You can buy a cheap drone for under $100 dollars, fly it with your phone and see ALL telemetry on your screen. Distance, Voltages, Altitude, Flight modes and all other sorts of things that come in handy when flying a drone. That said, what about FreeFly Systems? I had Futaba radios myself and I know that they support telemetry, so is that how you guys do it? If so, how come no one ever talks about that!? I mean, never ever ever ever.
As a pilot I need to know at least my battery levels and altitude, right? Thanks.

F C we report all that info in a variety of ways on different machines ( App, OSD, long range telemetry to laptop / tablet / phone) our solutions have changed Over the years but you can download our software / apps for a closer look
