I easily prefer slash’s feel and emotional playing over bucketheads mindless shredding that he loves to do. But I understand some don’t agree so to each their own.

As much as I love Buckethead's solo stuff, I gotta admit it's awesome seeing him playing live in a group with other musicians. I've seen him live over 50 times going back to 1990 , and all my favorite shows were with groups like the Deli Creeps, Giant Robot, Praxis etc.
I first heard of and saw Buckethead live as a guest member of Primus at Ozzfest 1999 ! That was a fun show! 🤟🏻 most of us had no idea who we were watching ( I think Les Claypool introduced him on stage !😊) at the time but we couldn’t believe our ears ! We were definitely completely blown away! 😮 he was amazing as F’k on a guitar even way back then ! 🪣🎸👑🤟🏻

I actually want to try it and RockSmith as well ! Why Not ?! I’m sure it’s fun 😄

I can remember showing a buddy of mine waaay back in middle school the Night Train Solo and just thinking how his hands looked like a spider's legs moving when running through licks haha. Fast forward to now and it still amazes me how well the hybrid picking part gives an out-of-control, train-like feeling.
Bucket has been a huge inspiration to me. I have terrible stage fright and imposter syndrome, but creating a persona and then performing as that persona has helped me get past many things. I'm eternally grateful for his continued existence.

Slash grates the strings to make money, Buckethead caress the strings with impeccable dexterity to make deep emotions and feelings flow to the audience.
There is a wide gulf between the Master and the money- grabbing Slash.

@@RoryCalvesAxl.was getting bad media in the early 2000's as well by butthurted reporters and people who couldn't handle the band break up.
I loved his singing and i still do, but i will never be able to put in words how much i thank him for bringing back the band with new members in the early 2000's. I cried of happyness and had great moments.
