I'm 45... I suppose, training for over 40 y.o. it's not about muscle growth, it's more about main physical activity. Of course it depends... If someone has 20+ years sport experience and another one just wants to start in his 40+... But both cases... the body's condition is different compared with 20 years old... it's less elastic muscles, probably some injures before, different heart's tone. Anyway more heat up before training, less speed and more control. I saw you kettlebell 20 min training and it's absolutely correct 30 sec training + 30 sec rest. Thank you for ideas you share with people.

    Hey funk I'm 42 205lbs now
I got in the shape of my life in my 30s part of the building blocks was useing your old kettlebell stuff. Latly I been implementing 10 movements 45 sec work 15 sec rest for 3 rounds 20min rest between rounds. But im also taking time to squat and dead lift heavy and doing some bench pressing. As a strength. Have you found mixing metabolic and strength training to be very effective? I'm also 5/11 and I was 185 to 190 and completely shredded a few years ago. Also an older cousin of mine asked for recommendations and I told him to look you up
