    16:40 I'm 23 years old and I get most of my workouts and diet knowledge from you, even the ones that say "for men over 40". At university, I'd CONSTANTLY have people asking me what my routine was or if I was juicing. I'd usually just point them to one of your workouts. You're one of the creators who have withstood the test of time and I'll continue to get my advice from you.

    Hey Funk, I know you’ve dealt with shoulder issues in the past, and I’ve recently injured my rotator cuff. I’m losing mass and it’s discouraging. Any suggestions?
