Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone loses concentration. Everyone, from time to time, gets lost, especially in a strange city. However, some people are just ars***les and chances are always will be. We have to share the roads with them so just be careful.
0:45, the behaviour of the driver defies all logic, besides he is also pulling a trailer to boot.

The cyclist was riding like a fool and being purposely obstructive. His fall was entirely his own fault. His unkempt appearance and the carrying of a bedroll and rucksack lead me to assume he was a homeless person so he was probably pissed.
This was in Crediton, he is well known and you are correct on all counts.

Crediton. An old town full of old people waiting to die. My grandmother was hit by a car on a zebra crossing on that very road.

bicycles should be banned until riders are intelligent enough to use them!
If a motorist drove a car swerving all over the road like that the police would pull them over and breathalyse them. Why not a cyclist?
Cyclists should respect other road users if they want respect to be shown them. They don't own the roads and the roads are not a circus ring for them to perform balancing acts or wheelies, etc.
That's the sensible view. Sadly the knobs that update the highway code think we should bow and scrape and absolve cyclists of all responsibility.

I have pretty low bars on my mountain bike make it hard to look behind me, and i don't like taking it on the road for that reason.

The first clip is the A377 heading from West to East into the centre of Crediton at "school time". The middle of Crediton is very congested throughout the working day never mind at school time!
You can see stationary traffic building up a hundred metres or so ahead, the cam driver had NOTHING to gain pressuring the cyclist. Must Get In Front syndrome at it's worst!
The cyclist is a local homeless addict, but he crashed because some goon in a motor vehicle was bullying him.

As a cyclist and driver, from my experience for every stupid cyclist there is at least 10+ stupid (dangerous) car, van or lorry drivers, but mostly car and van drivers.
