I could watch Dan all day, Peace.
Dan should get his own TV show. I'd pay to watch his daily repair work.
Nice one Uncle Dan. I don't think many people at all realise how much work goes into anything guitar related.
I didn't think I would be that interested in this....but I couldn't tear myself away from watching! A real pleasure watching such a craftsman at work. I bet the local guitarists thank their lucky stars they have a luthier such as this so close to them.
I am always amazed at how incredibly clever Dan is with these tools.
the finished job blows my mind it's almost perfect cant baley see anything Im so happy you could save that beautiful and rare instrument. Thank You for sharing.
The amount of knowledge that Dan shares has helped me become a much better bass builder. I have his videos by content filed on my laptop. I owe much to him.
I could watch these vids all day. So much detail and work to make it flawless.
Dan has probably forgotten more about guitar repair than most people will ever know. It is a tremendous learning experience to watch this master at work.
Dan, I hope you NEVER retire! You're a wizard.
Wow, you did an INCREDIBLE job on that repair!
Outstanding job. What a great looking bass
HAIL to this great Luthier!
Beautiful work
On one of the few builds that I did, I saved the ebony dust from the fingerboard that the dremel made while cutting the inlay holes. The inlays I made were abalone, cut to banjo style. I mixed the ebony dust with the epoxy and set in the inlays. It sure did give it a clean look for a beginner like me.
Great work, you have very valuable knowledge, and im glad you are sharing some with us simple-folk.
Just makes you want to hang out with Dan for an afternoon and watch him work!
Awesome video Dan
I love every single Dan Erlewine video :P
Luthiery is just problem solving, isn't it? That's why I love it so much, there a solution to everything.
