Thank you so much. I seen the blue to green wondered if it was real. I'm so upset because I did my pool in winter and covered. Kept peeking under the cover thru out crystal clear. Only a few leaves on the bottom. Took my cover off last week, & in doin that he (roomate/spouse) let the shit on top all go Into the pool.. went to get my plugs and other things I had put in the garage to keep from loosing. Come to find out someone not gonn say who (roomate/spouse) I was livid. He lost my stuff. So in the week it has taken me to order and pick up things he lost my pool turned so green because my pump was not able to turn on. It looks like a pond.

How do you get the granules out that it leaves?
I put the Green to Blue shock 13 hours ago and my pool still looks like a pond. Should I be worried? It doesn't look any different at all yet.

Does your filter need to be on waste while you vacuum?
Yes. Never vac on anything but waste. Also turn your main drain on just a bit while you vac on waste. This will help all the heavy partials that the vac pushes around sink to the bottom and suck out through the drain and out the waste. Also the vac works better with the drain sucking just a bit. This way if your vac comes outa the water your pump will not be choked with air, as some water will be flowing through.
Does my pool have to be full
yes because you need to let it circulate for an hour or 2
too much pre talk when you get to actually showing the method is where the value shows. Please reduce the pre talk
