    Thanks again for this video on the installation. I Received the Valve and installed it. Install went flawless and I even copied your loader knob idea! Also, your issue with the connectors really helped me as well. I called The company I was buying the grapple from and asked what connectors were on the grapple. There is an Ag connector, or a flat face connector. The Titan log grapple I purchased comes with a flat face connector so I call Everything Attachments to make sure that the loader end had flat face couplers. They said it had ag connectors and to upgrade to the flat face connectors would be an additional $75. Well worth it as I didn't have to chase around and find adaptors. Again, Thank you Cor!

    Just got one of these tractor a couple days ago , so far I’m pretty satisfied one con so far is the low hp. The area I live in has a lot of steep hills and roads and pulling some hills really bogs the lil 3 cylinder diesel down… other then that I think it’s a great lil tractor

    If you curl under and straight up and down and push while picking that brush up, you can pick that entire pile up , that 1626 pound for pound is a beast !!!!!!!!

    I just bought a W.R. Long 3rd function kit for my Mahindra 1635 and I had the same problem with the new knob. The metal insert of the new knob is bored out too small. I called W.R. Long and they apparently know about this issue and sent me a replacement sleeve for the knob that fit. What I find surprising is you made this video nearly two years ago and they are still shipping out the kits with the wrong size sleeve.

      Yes, but everything goes slower because the system can only push so much fluid lol. My buddy has a jd 1025 (ive also driven a 2025) and for some weird reason you cannot curl and raise/drop at the same time, its so frustrating lol.

      @@CorMorse That’s sweet. My tractor should be here on Thursday, and I’m glad I found your video. The dealership wants $1700 just for the valve from Mahindra. This will save me a lot of money and I can do it myself. Thanks for the video, the link to where you bought the valve and the reply!

    I am looking at doing this now on my tractor. How do you like it? Anything you would change about it? Where did you find info on where to tie in the 3rd function on your hydraulics?

    • @CorMorse
      @CorMorse  2 роки тому

      I love having front hydraulics on this. On my property and what I do, a grapple is a very important tool to have.
      As confusing as the instructions were, it was all laid out and the tractor had all the hook ups needed right by the controls.
      My only complaint, and its really not even about the kit, is I should have gotten a lighter/smaller grapple.

    • @CorMorse
      @CorMorse  2 роки тому +1

      Its called the SawHaul. They were relatively new to the market when I got my tractor, paid $100 for it. I'm sure the prices have increased (as with everything else lately) but it works great if you dont care to make your own saw holder. The only downfall is that the bar holder is all 1 piece plastic, and the saw dogs wore the top of my bar holder out pretty bad. Just cosmetic damage, but it would use a beefier top portion. Pretty sure the man who owns this company is still in the Mahindra tractor FB group

    • @lg1913
      @lg1913 2 роки тому +1

      I think I’ll take my chances and order it. The price has gone up substantially since your purchase, but that’s just life.

    • @CorMorse
      @CorMorse  2 місяці тому +1

      I'm not sure. This system takes 2 lines from the existing FEL lines and runs them into a new solenoid for the 3rd function. I assume its just a supply and return.

    I have the same phone number on my sticker with new owners name.

    • @CorMorse
      @CorMorse  6 місяців тому

      Thanks for the comment. I'm still happy with the setup. The grapple on the other hand... it was cheap, and definitely shows in the quality. The right side 2-prong arm out front is bent pretty good. Still functions as it should though, so no real complaints. I did bash up my grill bad the other day, so an open arm grapple like I have may not be the best implement to use for clearing trees and brush.
      I had to do some digging to find what happened with the link. Ive since updated my post to reflect the new link, but here it is if you're in the market: everythingattachments.com/tractor-loader-3rd-function-hydraulic-kit/

    It came with one on my new Kioti tractor. I also got two rear remotes. I priced a Mahindra. I couldn’t justify spending $6k more for a name. The Kioti has about a 400 lb better lift capacity. I love it. Sorry Mahindra, your like John deer, you think we will by the name. No thx. Daedong makes your engine too. Same as in my Kioti. Research before you buy people. They are good deals out there!!!!!

    • @CorMorse
      @CorMorse  2 роки тому

      Thats pretty interesting. Back when I was researching tractors, I dont think I even knew about Kioti's. The local dealers here are Mahindra and JD, and Mahindra beat out the competition in price and lift capacity. Doing a quick search just now, there is a Kioti dealer about 45 mins away, so it def would of been in the running for purchase. I got a pretty good deal on my Mahindra, and even a year later, buddy of mine (he went back and forth between Mahindra and JD too, but settled on a JD 1026 for a decent price) couldnt get the price down to what I paid for. I believe the 1626s use a YTM and Mitsubishi engine. Mine has the Mitsubishi.
