We've talked previously about how to land the interview/job, interview Q&A's, how to follow up, etc. etc. But I think it's time we discuss some things that I learned VERY quickly at my first corporate store... things I wish someone would have told me. So allow me to tell you, especially if you are new. Really let these soak in, and try to remember them consciously - it'll make your life a lot easier if you do.

I’m wanting to add to all of the interview success stories here because of you 😭😭 seriously im so grateful for these videos you’ve posted! I had my interview Monday, and literally 3/4 of the way through the manager asked me, “this isn’t a part of the questions, but just wondering, do you have a friend that works at Starbucks?” I said no but in my head I thought of you!! I got the call the next day and he said over the phone that he went through many candidates but knew as soon as my interview was over he knew I was going to be the best asset to their team. He continued by saying he was very impressed with my interview and that I did a great job!! This was such a wonderful experience, I HATE interviews and you made it SO much easier. Seriously, thank you!!! I start training next week!!

This was so reassuring, I have 3 more training days at a corporate store, and handling myself with grace is something I'm learning. I too am a "perfectionist", but gotta learn patience with myself, especially since I am brand new to the coffee retail industry. So far I LOVE this job, and wish I did it during my university days lmao. Thank you for helping me ace the interview! I love your content, you are appreciated! 🥰☕💖

Hi! I just wanted to let you know, that I got the job with all of your useful tips! I landed an interview on Monday, I got THE call on Tuesday, and I was told I would be hearing from the manager today, Thursday. Thank you for all of your advice!

Im a trainer at the restaurant where I work at and omg questions are so important! I really wish more people would ask them because i gaurentee you trainers are also gonna forget some things too. And as for the fuckups I promise you we made the same ass stupid mistakes that ur making right now 😭
I work in a corporate Starbucks and let me tell you this is so true 😅I remember my first day and now in one month in , I like working at Starbucks then again I don’t it’s not for everyone ! I’m still learning how to do register and cold bar and hot bar I like drive thru sometimes . I sometimes feel bad for asking questions I feel like I’m annoying them etc

I just got a job at starbucks thanks to your interview videos! SO thank you! I'm so excited!:) I used to work at a Baskin Robbins so this video did not scare me lol I got yelled at for ice cream by customer, I can handle anything lol

So I got hired at Starbucks…I’ve only done one day of video training for 1st day…then communication was just crappy the rest of the week and had no clue when I was working and was told I was working a couple days after….then when I could finally get ahold after no responses to why I wasn’t scheduled the answer I was told was they have a weekly training pay limit and that I can’t work til next week..is this true? And should I be concerned if I literally just got hired..
I have my interview today and am sooo nervous 😢 they already kinda were postponing the dates of the interview...hope it doesn't get postponed today as well
