    Barre’ is not only fun to do in the water, but it can be quite challenging. I encourage chest deep height and a middle size noodle. Exceptional for legs.. inner/outer thigh, quads, glutes and calves! Engage arms with noodle for more muscle and balance!

    I feel great after yesterday’s workout. Back pain is completely gone. Great workout ❤
