一天忙碌的工作以后，KTV是很好的放松方式。中国和亚洲的KTV通常都装修独特，这样可以吸引顾客。
大多数KTV都有自己的便利店，你可以在那里买零食和饮料。服务员会把它们送到你的房间。
西方的kalaok常常是在酒吧的舞台上。中国的KTV完全不一样。一间独立的房间，一个舒服的沙发，平板电视，舞台灯光……让你放松。
如果你不会说汉语，别担心。大多数KTV有来自世界各地的歌。
如果你有点害怕被你的朋友看，你可以多喝点酒，用来放松自己。
如果你不喝酒，也别担心。也有很多别的饮料。
If you have a friend who loves to hog the mic, you can call them a 麦霸 (mài bà) which means a “mic hog” Depending on the context it can be a joke or a compliment.
Or if you have a friend who constantly sings off key you can say, “跑调 (pǎo diào)”
