They won't arrest Cyraxx for all the things he done like grooming children online, and he sends very inappropriate picture of himself to minors. Akron's finest..
Woman and children are not protected by the law in removing threats. Therfore joe selling weed to buy his mom medication she needs is doing 25- life for “trafficking”. Wild.
Why was the dispatcher so rude and judgemental? In these situations most people wouldn't think straight. You don't know at that time what he's doing or what he's capable of. The dispatcher was just being rude for no reason.
Ive seen many videos of them acting like it. I heard a story from I believe an EMT that said they had to quit because "once i get desensitized I wont be able to feel empathy for my patients" or similar.
my sister worked as a dispatcher for a week or so and she said the staff of all women were very toxic and mean to her. She had to quit because of the bullying. Watching all these videos with rude dispatchers makes perfect sense to me.
A skull fracture....A brain bleed...Saying she would never see her child again and threatening to light fuel on her....*How is that not attempted murder?????*
the threats are considered assault; the actual injuries are considered battery. So, telling someone what you are going to do to them is assault and actually doing it to them is battery. From what I understand, there has to be intent to kill for it to be attempted murder. In my opinion, our "justice" system is broken.
And not only that but the married couple are clearly accessories after the fact. They knowingly allowed a kidnapped and assaulted victim to be abused on their property for several hours. Imagine havi g the nerve to say I took my kid to school to make sure he was safe, but I did nothing for the victim for hours.
Anyone (USA) who reads this, especially if you live in Ohio, find your local elected representatives and give them an email with your thoughts. In the US, you have an unconditional right to petition your government. Use it! It can be more effective than you think.
I don't understand how the innocent male helped here down, but she was still in there with the perpetrator? Why didn't the guy get her away from him when he got her down? It's probably obvious but nonetheless I clearly missed something.
Imagine being this poor girl. A dude comes in early in the morning. Chills with your kidnapper. Discovers you and tells you everything is going to be okay. Then leaves .. and you don't get rescued for 5 hours. And only because that dude's wife called it in. He should've called it in instantly... Himself.
@@Absolute_Goblinthe SINGLE time it happened they were outside, very away from her. Its not like they were laughing in her face. It's something people do after stressful situations like this to decompress. Love how you focused on that very minute detail instead of how the dude who kidnapped her said he "loved her" as he was being walked away. Or how the disptacher acted. Or literally anything else from this video. Absolute clown ass comment.
Exactly. SHE is the reason many don't give proper information, become agitated long before police ever get there, and do the exact opposite of conflict resolution/de-escalation. She needs to go. Dispatchers who talk like that to callers, that is just who they are. Training will never help, they just need to go. They do more harm than good. Those are also the kind that scream SIR SIR SIR I NEED YOU TO CALLLLLLMMMMMM DOWN....NOW SIRRRRRR. Officers/Fire/EMS get on scene and SIR is about to smack tf outta someone lol
No...not most. lol 5% of all dispatchers MAYBE lol. There's often ONE out of an entire PSAP that is a stain like her. Some PSAPs could have hundreds of call takers and tons of dispatchers (fyi smaller areas have dispatchers that are also call takers, most major metro areas though have separate call takers and dispatchers). So...don't shit on the other 95% of great men and women who are on the other end of the phone just because there are shitheads,@@stargazer2042.
Because that's the correct damn response. You don't call the police because "someone has your password" without changing your password. Waiting 5 hours to call the police? Likely she just got done smoking meth with the guy and need time to not be high before talking to cops. She sure sounded like it.
@@misteramerica5893 Easy. No normal person waits to call the police when they find out a kidnap victim is in their garage! Everytime I have heard of a person waiting to call police (particularly after a death) it because the person who called was either destroying evidence or trying to create an alibi.
@@WolfRaven-jm1cm she’s giving them the heads up that he’s might be able to access the cameras and probably freaked out. She even said her husband found him and she wanted to get her son to school and off site.
A beaten, disfigured victim having a fractured skull and arm, a swollen head is made to walk to an ambulance, which must not have people who can push a stretcher on wheels up to her, check her vitals etc.? What a pitiful display of incompetence and lack of compassion. No kudos to the cops either. Happy she survived. And what about her child/children?
So many things about how the cops acted was so weird and off-putting. Remarking that it had taken a long time for the caller to make the 911 call while faffing about themselves for ages. Threatening to send in the dog when they had been told a beaten woman was being held against her will, AFTER they already got the suspect out of there. The language used in general, calling the victim a "chick". Joking around outside. Keeping the kidnapper right outside able to talk to the victim. Not even trying to help her walk to the ambulance. Ugh, just bad all around.
The cops were laughing multiple times in front of her. This whole situation was so disturbing in its mismanagement. Also the guy held a knife to his kidnapped victims throat and strangled her and gets 18 months? Tell me with a straight face you would get that charge as a first offender. And he's a repeat violent offender! Wtf this world has gone insane
So they are friends with this guy that they already know was convicted of similar crimes and they are still calling him a good friend? That tells me something about them as well
@audreyevans7422 I agree being friends with him is not morally correct. But what should they be charged with? Being friends with a criminal is now a crime? They found out about the dude and the victim and called it in, definitely called it in late. So what should they be charged with?
They paid 10k to be released. Also, the tax payers pay for their lawyer. Criminals spent almost their whole life come in and out of detention just paying a bond

I was reporting a crime 3 years ago here in N.Ireland.. I got talking to the cop, he was a nice guy and he told me that an animal like this guy had beat his GF up so badly the cops did not know if it was a female or male when they first seen her, she was unrecognizable, the case went to court obviously and the judge let the man walk free with a small fine...!!! This "liberty thingy" we are going thro is worldwide at the moment, well, in the "free world"..!! WHY?????
Anybody else really, really angry with the Ohio parole board right now? Why the hell was this guy only given 18 months? How the hell was he given parole? How do you get three convictions for kidnapping and serve only a few months of jail time?
Man I hate the justice system in this state, it's all kinds of fucked up For instance there is a well known pedo sex offender in my city who used geocaching as a way to sneak into people's lives and befriend them under the guise of being a friendly dude, but he was a sick twisted individual. He stalked, probably still does, ALL kinds of people myself included. I'm talking multiple social media profiles with multiple names, multiple geocaching accounts.. He even had business cards about being a super expert geocacher and held events and "what a great way to get your kids off of a true terror for them!the internet !" He is a very deranged individual and has this laundry list of offenses but just keeps getting slaps on the wrists. Like how does this even make sense
If p&p located him there months prior, these people have known for a while he was out there. They just weren't happy he had someone out there with him.
I remember this, before her face was blurred. Her eyes were black, all around and swollen so much, she was looking through slits. I didn't know he'd used a BAT on her or that she had a broken arm! When violent people are given 18 months, the courts are just as guilty as him!!!
Yeah, especially multiple previous convictions, cops are joking around and laughing too, Judge probably has three little girls in his basement, what the F!?
Honestly it's so ridiculous. Like you're giving him a slap on the wrist so he can go do it again and plot on how to do it better at that. Like they're not thinking
You gotta see it from her perspective. He’s an unstable individual with a violent history and potentially has access to your security cameras. You have elderly parents and a small child in the home. If you call 911 right then and he’s watching there’s a good chance he’s coming through that door and annihilating your family. So you play it cool, go about your routine, send your kid off to school where it’s safe and secure your parents. It’s nasty work but if you had to choose between a strangers life or your kids, you’re picking your kid. Any parent who says otherwise is lying.
The way the responder handled the situation, the cops when the girl was let out the shed, and the fact the guy has victimized several women and was free and will be again is all so horrific and heartbreaking…what’s wrong with this world 💔
“If you just met her how do you love her” Damn that officer really called him out 💀 Also I’m so angry at all those officers standing and just staring at her injuries but not helping her down the ladder or to the ambulance. Her eyes were so bruised and swollen she could barely see and they have the audacity to ask if she’s okay to walk when seconds earlier we see her stumble by the door. She must have been so scared and distrusting especially by so many men after what one man already did to her. I wish they had treated her with more care.
I agree the officers need training on how to treat a victim. You would have thought she had some contagious disease with the way they treated her. Guess that is how they would treat someone they know who just went through some serious trauma. Disturbing!
There’s a reason why you’re not a cop and they are. She’s more than likely in shock, and they were treating her really well. I get you’re expecting the red carpet of treatment, but that’s not reality.
I have to say, I didn’t see all that until you pointed it out. But I did notice some other things though. Like when the one asked if she had been tied up and the other said that he didn’t ask. All he did was get her info. What the hell! You’ve got 12 officers on scene, and not a single one could stop to ask this poor girl what happened to her?! It’s outrageous, frustrating and just plain maddening! Their jobs are to protect and serve, not stand about and gawk at the victims! What were they thinking?! After everything she went through, that was the last thing she needed! 12 officers just standing around like it was a show put on for their entertainment! And to hear one say, “I’m glad we stuck around for this one, geez.” was something I can’t even begin to comprehend! It’s unfathomable that police would behave in such a poor manner! I don’t care how little action they see on the job! That was uncalled for! Shame on any one of them that didn’t take this seriously and act in a professional manner with the utmost respect and compassion for the victim!

To make sure that it was safe for the family. They may have needed him to calm down so as to be unsuspecting when the cops arrived. He would have been on edge when they found out, t hours later he might think they had not notified the police and he was in the clear. Point being: sometimes you have to play things by ear and tread carefully. They could keep an eye on the garage to see if he was leaving and call the police then as well.
How are people like this allowed to be out in public after having 3 KIDNAPPING charges?!? Only getting 18 months jail after nearly killing your ex gf is not nearly enough. We need better rehabilitation centres to fix these people because the jail system is obviously not working !
@@shakura6476 They have prosecutorial immunity, as do the judges who turn them loose. The legislators who could increase the penalties for crimes like this are never held accountable. They're too busy fighting the "war on drugs."
Yes that is true, but there are loopholes. Ppl are forever filing lawsuits against the criminal justice system, and quite often, they win a lot money when it’s something that could’ve been prevented. So there absolutely may very well be something that can be done in this girls case. They just need to get a lawyer that will dig for those loopholes. And let me tell you, suits like these usually have very large payday. Lawyer jump on this shit fast if it holds water! I think this one probably would too considering the criminal history and his background. It would most likely be a large payout if they can get it in front of the grand jury or the Supreme Court.
It feels like she was being that way to fish out whether or not this was some sort of prank or SWAT attempt. "Oh, he's a violent drug abuser and you've known he's there for a few hours but you're just now calling?" To see if the caller's story changes or gets ungenuine.

Nope they probably gave him a warm shower and a hug then sent him on his way to kidnap a 4th victim. Gotta love the justice system. I don’t know why other than moral compass we don’t all just commit crimes on the reg
My thoughts: They were letting him live in the garage for months, but the discovery of the girl freaked his friends out. They then spent those five hours trying to figure out what to do. At least, they didn't just look the other way. This girl would probably have been dead eventually.
This was my thought as well. They were helping him out by letting him stay there, but they found out he had a girl that was beat to hell and had no idea what to do. Even their story didn’t make sense. Why are you waiting HOURS? Why would you NOT change the passcode? None of it makes any sense, so either they are dumb as hell or they were LETTING him stay. Why they would be friends with a violent offender like this when they have THREE vulnerable people in the house (parents and child)? Imo they were aiding him.
The police didnt catch the contradictions in her statements? The fact that the father went in there Daily, every day, without failure. Which would include the 4 days she was kept hostage there by Will as he was also living there. She and her entire family has been covering for his crimes, deeply.
One of the officers also says something about how he'd obviously been there for a while, because months prior he'd been located there according to parole
Yep. I saw another video that stated that they knew he had been there for days with a girl, but she didn't want him to get into trouble. That guy isn't the only sick and twisted one involved here.

That girl will NEVER BE THE SAME 😢.. and chloe's family needs to sue the police department for letting that dangerous man out after multiple charges for kidnapping and rape is sick and meanwhile there are people spending 10+ for marijuana
It’s not the police department that’s letting him go. It’s the criminal justice system. The judges are the ones giving him these tiny ass little slaps on the wrist and then just letting him go. The police can’t trump what the judges decide. And I do agree that a lawsuit absolutely should be filed. But not on the police department. The criminal justice system is what needs to be tried on this. They’re the ones that knowingly put him back out on the streets after having already committed this same heinous crime twice already prior to this! And yet they went easy in him both times! It’s unreal and quite frankly deplorable! These judges are just as guilty as he is!
The police don't have anything to do with release from prison. That's up to the courts and the parole board. The courts set a range (minimum is for good behavior).

@@beetlejuiceflorida that’s an interesting thought. I think it’s just bc they get desensitized from the amount of calls they get. I worked at a call center and after several months I became quite apathetic. The thing was though I had to remind myself that even though I hear 100 calls a day, that person is only making one call and it’s much more intense for them dealing with a real problem on their life that day. I think some people in these call jobs are able to regulate their apathy and empathy better than others, and I think this dispatcher needs to work at that.

Whomever were the judges in his previous cases, are not judges anymore. I hope the judge recognizes this and gives him a stern sentence, what he deserves!
Most of all, he needs to be thoroughly rehabilitated before being released. I don’t care how long or short the sentence, that should be the prerequisite to being released given the crimes he’s committed

It was very clear that Chloe was NOT able to safely walk out of the garage, and down a long concrete driveway -- she was stumbling around and not one of those damn officers lent her a hand. Shame on all of them. Prayers for Chloe. Edit: Thank you for the replies below that present another perspective. Rather than jumping to conclusions, I was very triggered b y the video. Truth is, a friend of mine and her child were kidnapped by a man I knew, and he killed them both. Please understand how trauma can be like a spring, always replenishing the pond.
Most often the last thing an abused victim want is to be touch. It's not like they just left her to her own, there is person there guide her along the way and asking her if she able to walk. Maybe next time actually think and not jump to conclusion and make all these men look bad for doing their job ?
I’m pretty sure they were afraid to touch her… I would be afraid to touch her because I would be afraid of triggering a fight or flight response in her. I mean, after suffering all that recent trauma, her brain would still be in survival mode. So she could easily be sent into a fight or flight response.
This guy should be locked up for life, not on parole for what he did to his ex-girlfriend. Some people have simply gone too far in their decline that it’s too late to rehabilitate them. Poor woman having to endure that nightmare.
I’m so so happy that Chloe was found and survived this horrific event. I really hope she’s doing okay and getting any treatment she needs to work through such a traumatic experience I’d also hope that that couple stopped being his friends. that couple knew she was being held there. their excuses of "we didn't know what to do" do not make me feel sorry for them AT ALL. Chloe asked them for help, and they both let her bleed for days and hours because of WHAT? because people in the USA are HORRIBLE
What this girl said was pure gold - She DID NOT want her face blurred/hidden and wanted others to see what happened to her. May she heal in time. Glad that the couple FINALLY did the right thing but .. .. ugh ... glad that they called it in. Thank God for police and all involved in this rescue. 🥺🇺🇸‼ When she asked for water it was unbearable.
Just horrifying... that poor woman. The officers were being nice to her and everything, but they looked like they could do with some more training on how to handle a victim in that scenario. Even basic things like ensuring they quickly got her to a warm location or getting a blanket for her, as she was clearly freezing in that garage, and informing her as soon as her attacker was off the premises.
Yes, I thought seems like they could have had an ambulance there to take vitals while they’re asking questions🙄 She had a brain bleed for crying out loud.
You are absolutely right! I’m not saying that the cops were bad guys per say, but they definitely could have been more compassionate and treated the victim with a little humility. I can’t even begin to image what she must have felt after going through all of that, but to sit there and have 12 officers running around like a bunch of rookies surely couldn’t have helped matters. Like you said, they absolutely need more on the job training. Some of them just looked like it was exciting for them, and some like it was a show being put on for them. It seemed like only 1 or 2 actually took it seriously, but still fell short.
Oh my gosh, that poor woman and what she had to endure for 4 days, absolutely terrifying. Her injuries are horrific, she's incredibly lucky to survive the ordeal. Thank goodness the homeowners discovered who was in their garage and after seeing how beat up the woman was called 911 for help. Speaking of 911, I was taken aback by the dispatcher. I thought she was very rude and b*tchy. I also didn't care for a couple of the officers referring to the victim as a "chick". Hearing that rubbed me the wrong way. 🤷♀

2:05 okay Linda…. No shit she should change the password, but compassion?!? Damn!! Why are 90% of the 911 operators such assholes to people, who call for help…
Why should she be compassionate to that woman? She was making dumb excuses for why she couldn't help or call the cops as soon as she found out she waited almost 2 hours to call KNOWING that there was beat up young girl locked in a garage with a what she described as a meth head with mental issues. Even on 2nd or 3rd offense. Killers get life with parole after 10 years. But if the smoke weed it's like the worse crime. Police work hard but the judges throw the charges out or give them a slap on the wrist for serious crimes.

Threatening her with the dog was really bad in hindsight, but at the time I don't think the officers fully knew the situation. Did they know for sure they were dealing with the victim at that point? Maybe the threat was still uncalled for though, I don't know. Other than that, they seemed nice to her as soon as the situation became clear.
I don't think the officers knew she was a victim at first. They did not know who was in there, what was going on. But they needed to change course once they realized. They were outside laughing while this poor girl had just been thru hell. The story doesn't add up. The couple is not telling the whole truth

I'm extremely disappointed with all those law-enforcement officers. They didn't help her down the ladder, they didn't help her walk out to the ambulance, literally nobody helped her!! Shame on them all!
You mean besides saving her life by arresting your kidnapper and freeing her. Not enough for you? They had no clue if she was a victim or an armed accomplice. Where were you to save her?
@@fredjung did you actually see all of the physical damage that was done to her body, especially to her head, once she got to the hospital? It's a miracle that she was able to climb down that ladder, by herself, and walked out to the ambulance. They could've actually helped her AND save her life too. And, "if" you had seen the pictures of her face, that alone, proves she was not a part his statistic and bizarre behavior. I'm retired from law-enforcement..., to be honest your opinion doesn't matter to me, but I thought, just maybe, you would want to be more informed on this.
Yeah the officers’ language and demeanour towards the woman was off, referring to her as a ‘chick’ and laughing in the background. It took them waaaay too long to adjust their tone to something appropriate for a traumatised victim ffs!!!
Medics were great - they clearly have a bit more training and sensitivity with victims than the cops. In Australia, police undergo training in trauma-informed practice and mental health, after too many incidents where the wrong people were handled roughly. It has made a huge difference to policing here and the public’s trust in police.
He kidnapped a girl, beat her to death almost and he only got 18 months. You can get like 10 years from tax fraud. And we only gave this full eighteen months for kidnapping

Blows my mind how long the cops stand out by building cracking jokes in original video before going in . They were lucky she wasn’t being killed inside while they stood on other side of door . Mind blowing
These cops’ professionalism level… bafflingly poor considering how obviously traumatized this girl is…even the 911 operator was oddly rude. the legal system will hopefully not put him right back in the street 3yrs from now given that’s his schedule: 2011,2014, and 2017 were his past kidnappings
I thank God that she survived. Im sure she is physically healed, but she will definitely need years of therapy. Im so glad her child didn’t lose his/her mother.
How the heck was he on the streets? This sentencing men like him to inappropriately small sentences is unconscionable. 😢 Those men cant be rehabilitated.

Apparently Ohio is soft on crime. He got only 18 months for beating his ex unconscious and leaving her to die. He’ll probably get the same for this! 🙄
Weak DA
the threats are considered assault; the actual injuries are considered battery.
The fact that he was out of prison fast enough to catch two abduction charges within two years is absolutely sickening. Our justice system is fucked

So many things about how the cops acted was so weird and off-putting. Remarking that it had taken a long time for the caller to make the 911 call while faffing about themselves for ages. Threatening to send in the dog when they had been told a beaten woman was being held against her will, AFTER they already got the suspect out of there. waiting hours to call the cops after finding someone locked up and beaten beyond recognition in your shed is NASTY work .

She must have been so scared and distrusting especially by so many men after what one man already did to her. I wish they had treated her with more care.
Bad cops. Should have called EMT immediately.
And why did they not call the police as SOON as they knew the girl was there? They should be held accountable for waiting so long to call 911, they ALLOWED her to continue to be harmed. Sickos!

I saw the uncensored raw video also. It was crazy, her face is visibly swollen both of her eyes were black and blue and so swollen she could barely open them. I am not sure where I saw it, I watch a bunch of different bodycam channels. Maybe 5-0 patrol, code blue cam, or another channel like that.
Just found it, it was law and crime network that has the uncensored raw bodycam.

Law and Crime cut out all the interaction with the wife and husband. Those two need to be looked into more find her at 1am but don't call until 9:30 after he saw her face beaten.
Wow this dispatcher was very snarky and rude. Get over yourself lady.
Yeah wtf was that? She sounded so annoyed for some reason. I understand burnout but this is a job that requires empathy and tact, and if you can’t give that to the people calling then I would say that’s a failure. They are calling bc there is an emergency and they need help. It’s possibly one of the stressful moments in that persons life, and to call 911 and get someone like this dispatcher? Why tf was she grilling her about the time she called in at?
Terrible
Dude, the caller and her husband werw aware of a man holding a beaten woman hostage for ocwr two houra veforw they called. What the fuck is wrong with you? You are just as much of a waste of oxygen as the caller, apparently.
That's what I came here to say. Very unprofessional
Sometimes I think that criminals have friends and or family get hired at the 911 office to try to help the criminals get away by stalling or using other methods.
Wait, wait, wait... HE WAS ARRESTED FOR THIS 3 **THREE** OTHER TIMES BEFORE THIS FOR THE SAME THING?!?! But sure: women have nothing to fear from their abuser and are aaaaalways believed.

Of course he was gonna keep beating and kidnapping women. He's barely given a slap on the wrist for the other THREE TIMES HE DID IT.
I cannot put into words my f***ing anger towards that b***sh**. Why bother to call police on abusers when they're gonna get released in a year and a half, just stewing in their anger and letting it build so they can come find me and finish the job before I even get a chance to get to a safe, livable space?! If this predator has been convicted of kidnapping and physical assault to women, how in the world did he only get 18 months in jail? He obviously has mental and drug problems, and abuse to women!
@@xx133 please explain to me how someone, or a institution can rehabilitate someone who doesn't want to be rehabilitated? Idealistically your comment sounds really great, but realistically you're very naïve regarding the human mind and/or behavior. Plus, he literally enjoys being sadistic and in complete control of those (women) who are weaker than himself. That in itself can become very addicting. That caller and her husband both need to be charged as an accessory to kidnapping and false imprisonment. She waits over two hours to call the police knowing someone has a hostage in her garage? Her huband knew for over five hours? She and her husband know more and are more involved than what they say. No other way to see this, especially after hearing their supposed defense of not calling it sooner.
Amazing she could even stand with a head fracture and broken arm.
Why didn't they call her an ambulance? What the heck if that was their daughter or niece or sister 💭
@@ms.chrisie8040my guess is she didnt say she needed one and they didn't know the exact extent of her injuries.
This guy should be locked up for life, not on parole for what he did to his ex-girlfriend. Some people have simply gone too far in their decline that it’s too late to rehabilitate them. Poor woman having to endure that nightmare.
For those wondering about an update, his jury trial is scheduled for August 2024

I’d also hope that that couple stopped being his friends. Can’t imagine wanting to be around anyone so pathetic, let alone calling them a “friend”
Enablers is more like it. Disgusting.
Did you even watch the video? They severed contact with him months before the video. He just showed up and squatted in the crawl space above the garage unannounced without their knowledge because he knew the door to the garage is often unlocked.
Did YOU watch the video? His first kidnapping was in 2017!! He had done THREE more after they FINALLY decided to stop because it was their property!@@Jartran72
If he hadn't done it in their home, would they have cut ties? It was his 4th time since 2017!!!
that couple knew she was being held there. their excuses of "we didn't know what to do" do not make me feel sorry for them AT ALL.
But it was blurred?
they got him, thats the good news, red handed; family afraid of him, they knew he was dangerous.
I thought the police were very rude to her.
So happy that she was rescued!! That poor women my heart goes out to her just want to give her a big hug!
Now we need an up date on his sentencing
Chloe, her voice.. the fear in her voice.. I’m so sorry that you had to endure this. You deserve so much better. You deserve happiness.
Maybe that's it. The officers need better training on handling traumatized victims. I thought that were cold and short on empathy.
They treated her like she was part of this even though she was so injured. It was freezing not one officer grabbed a blanket from their squad car.
Yes, I thought seems like they could have had an ambulance there to take vitals while they’re asking questions🙄
She had a brain bleed for crying out loud.
I agree. X
This is definitely not a safe state to live in with a justice system like this.
Husband’s story is different from what the woman said on the phone. She said he only suspected the girl was beat up because he saw it on the camera, but he said he met her face to beaten face. I don’t trust these people at all.

Yeah that dispatcher was extremely unprofessional. There's a less condescending way to talk to someone calling for help.
Why should she be compassionate to that woman? She was making dumb excuses for why she couldn't help or call the cops as soon as she found out she waited almost 2 hours to call KNOWING that there was beat up young girl locked in a garage with a what she described as a meth head with mental issues. So yea the operator told her what to do like she needed to be told. I hope they bring charges against her and her damn husband they both disgust me.

Thanks for understanding, Mick. I'm afraid my America is a mess. Take care of yourself, too.
exactly. I feel like with crimes like this, this type of deviancy, probably sexual deviancy, they will never change and need to be held way longer. It's horrifying that he got away with all that with a slap on the wrist.
I'm Canadian and I continually get angry at the American justice system for being way to lenient for serious offenders. DUI get 3 months suspension or just a couple of hundred dollar fines. Even on 2nd or 3rd offense. Killers get life with parole after 10 years. But if the smoke weed it's like the worse crime. Police work hard but the judges throw the charges out or give them a slap on the wrist for serious crimes.
It's these blue states that go so light on prison sentences they may as well not charge anyone for anything
