I am watching your video and suddenly I notice that your milk looks familiar to me :D it's from Poland, was sold to Germany in container with German language on it and then exported to China, what a long travel
Coming from a VERY skinny physique myself I can relate to whoever asked this question. Weight gainer shakes are a good with to do it but they might make you feel sick afterwards so you really need to stick to it! You can also just eat more and keep in mind that Rome wasn't build in a day. Your stomach will protest when you put in way more food than its used to. So here is just a little advice from my point of view to help the viewers ;) Just up your caloric intake by a small amount every day. That way you can kind of 'ease' into it. When your stomach will be used to larger volumes of food you will notice that it ain't even that hard. Just make sure to stay away from too much sugar and simplistic carbs in general. Those will mainly just put on fat and won't help much with the development of your physique. A good way to do it is to divide your plate into three sections; 40% of it should consist out of a source for protein, 40% of it will consist out of complex carbohydrates and the last 20% can consist out of something you like. However I still recommend to stay away from foods that contain a lot of sugar. What helped me tremendously was to set a goal for myself and then try to achieve it. Keep it realistic. Its better to gain like 1-2% of your body weight a month then go crazy with it and probably gain a lot of fat. Lean muscle takes time to develop and it should be a long term goal instead of something you do in a couple of months. Out of my experience those kind of diets are very hard to maintain and a lot of gained muscle is lost during the cut(Losing the access fat). Please keep in mind that this advice is mostly focused on people who either lift weight or perform any exercises that cause muscle soreness as it is designed to eat a large quantity of protein every day. Good luck with your journey and feel free ask me any questions!
Ramsey thank you so much for this video i myself am a extremely skinny dude who always finds it impossible to put on weight. God bless you for this video
Epic meal time with Ramsey! :') As a former ultra skinny guy I'd just add two things 1) don't overdo your volume when weight lifting (getting sore all the time is counter productive, gravitate more towards full body workouts rather than splits, obviously compound lifts...intensity needs to remain high) 2) when you get over ~25 years of age metabolism gets slower and if you've been doing it right as an ectomorph you may morph into an ectomesomorph Also a side note - what Ramsey said about maltodextrin is true. Dextrins are super easy to breakdown. Heck you keep it in your mouth the betagalactosidase from saliva will break most of it right up. It's better to not consider it a "complex" carbohydrate. Eat some cake instead :p if you train and eat it at the right time it will go where it's supposed to go. Side note 2 - we have the same blender! Hah!
I felt myself just gaining a couple of kg’s just from watching the video. I’ve never had trouble gaining, just losing. The interesting thing I learned is that even though I don’t have a visible six pack, though I really want one, I can still outperform many of my peers. I’m surprised how long it took me to learn that ripped doesn’t necessarily mean fit.
Definitely a 90s homemade bodybuilding weight gain, Never really fancy trying putting oats in a shake I follow a similar homemade protein shake from the around 1950's, milk, dry powder milk, they also added egg powder and ice cream for added calories Myself I keep the milk and the dry milk powder then add whey protein and fruit Cool video

It's really funny how nowadays people tend to eat mostly poultry and in the middle ages it was pretty much reserved for the extremely wealthy (or when hen got old and sick and had to be put down) since it meant killing off a food source. Pretty much the same with beef.

When I went vegan I gained about 7kg of good weight, at 6,2/188cm, I weigh 95kg. I used to eat a mainly farmers diet ie eggs/milk/lamb. The point being While high fat and protein diets are satiating, they're not good for weight gain IMO.
Interesting. Yeah, fat digests extremely slowly- and about 20% of the body’s total energy is used to digest food. Everyone reacts differently to food, sometimes in subtle ways, sometimes extreme. But when you make a dramatic change, you tend to see a dramatic result.
I'm mildly lactose intolerant so I came up with: 3 tbsp protein powder (100% pure micellar concentrate, no additives, no flavors etc) 2-3 tbsp maltodextrin 1 tbsp of coconut oil 1 banana ~90g dry oats cooked in hot water (easier if you don't want your shake to feel gritty). 200g of frozen berries or other fruit (I found a cheap "Smoothie mix" at the supermarket) (favourite being raspberries) 100g of Unsweetened greek style Yogurt (That's NO ADDED MILK, this helps process the lactose in the protein powder and fortifies your gut bacteria). And anything else I want to add, Cocoa powder, chocolate, or shot of espresso (pre workout).
the way i did it was with lowering cardio output, eating at least one steak per day, and daily rigorous strength training. do that for 6 months and you'll get around 10 lbs. just don't plan to have good cardio for a while. there are some herbs i could recommend as well, so long as you don't mind elevated test levels.

My diet - 85 kg stable - white bread, homemade chicken breast stews (keeping frozen until needed), boiled eggs constantly sitting in the fridge. Some smoked bacon. And rolled oats with plain sugar. Also pill of calcium / magnesium or multivitamins.
And to create a low carb keto friendly version Replace 2 cups of milk with double cream Replace 2 tbsps of honey with double cream Replace 100g of peanuts/ peanut butter with double cream Replace 2 bananas with double cream Replace 2 scoops of protein with double cream Replace 1 cup oats with double cream
Hey Ramsey, I have a non-diet question (shorter than my last one). I'm having a lot of trouble getting acquainted with my new trainer's consistent suggestions to use my front two knuckles, despite the fact that I (Jack Dempsey taught me) believe they pose a greater risk to my wrist than my 3 knuckle landing poses to my pinky bone. Should I keep holding my ground or should I give in to their incessant suggestions? I really felt Jack made a lot more sense than them. What do you do?
I will have to try all these out, my genetics are kinda bad in the cholesterol department so I’ve had to cut out quite a bit of foods to bring it down... now just to figure out how to pump my diet without sending my doctor into shock so I can look as buff as Ramsey 😎
This is video is much needed for a lot of ppl. Most ppl tend to think putting on muscle mass just involves lifting weights. I've actually had ppl accuse me of taking roids because they don't seem to understand the fact that u need a lot of calories to produce muscle mass. It doesn't just appear out of thin air from lifting weights. The same way the ppl that don't get much exercise and overeat end up putting on fat it takes overeating along with resistance training to put on muscle...👍👍👍
After doubling my calories and eventually gaining 30 lbs of muscle as a result, A LOT of people accused me of taking steroids. They would always ask “Dude, what are you on?” And they would not accept my answer: “Food.”
If you blend the oats first into dust then add the other ingredients the shake is so much less chunky and much easier to drink. I have a vitamix so don’t have to worry about it not mixing up properly.
Oh I got one! I recently read that scientists found spinach helps speed up protein to muscle conversion. Many other benefits as well (2-3 cups). That helps
I’ve been eating theses exact shakes for a few years now! I do it for breakfast. I add all of that except peanuts. I use peanut butter. I also add a cup of wild blueberries which adds some flavor and a little color. I wish I did this when I was younger instead of wasting money on weight gainer. I’m now 240 lbs so it does work.
Blueberries are full of antioxidants so good. Except if your area is overly polluted, cause blueberries retain radiation so much that a friend of mine - nuclear energy ingeneer - had to stop eating them to avoid failing irradiation medical exams
Hey Coach, first of all, thank you for your great inspiring videos. To be honest, you played a mayor role in pulling me out of depression. Just by constantly telling me to get out there and train. Now to my question: What’s your take on Creatine supplementation (all the different forms)? Especially for people on a vegetarian diet like myself? Thanks from Germany
ua-cam.com/video/_Z6N3Px860A/v-deo.html Creatine is an essential nutrient that governs higher brain function, as well as being a catalyst to recycle ATP. You either need to get it from food, or you need to supplement. If you eat a plant based diet, chances are you probably have a creatine deficiency since the primary source of natural creatine is animal flesh. It will take about 3 months of supplementation with synthetic creatine (creatine monohydrate) in order for the body to convert it to a supply of usable creatine phosphate.
Conversely, this year I have undergone extreme weightloss. I lost 12kg from Jan to April, then 7 from Sept to Nov just so that I can get a job. Losing is hard, gaining is easy...
Im trying to move my flesh from fat to muscle after living very unhealthily for a while so this isnt great for me but i have a friend who has medical issues that prevents him from eating a lot and a dense shake like this is perfect for him. Thanks Ramsey!
Hey Ramsey , I’ve been watching your videos for a while now and I was wondering if you could do some sort of gym event with some of the people at the gym like Jordan and others. I’m thinking like some sort of sparring event. Just something fun really.
We’ve done a bunch of those over the years. I think I have a video of one of Jourdan’s exhibition fights on this channel somewhere. If not, there’s a bunch of footage of us sparring together.
There is a diet that lets you eat anything you want, cookies all day, just prepare it all from scratch. Works for losing weight or gaining weight. Just make it all yourself, from scratch as much as possible. You would be surprised how well it works. Im a skinny dude but this is still my diet of choice and im trying to gain weight and so i like shake alot.
I do almost the same, except I use the vegan shake powder ( I dont get enough veggies) but I add 1/2 cup of whipping cream, oats, 2 raw eggs, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 organic banana, oats, a handful of wild blueberries, a handful kale, some honey, and a little water and or milk.
I am skinny guy too:) For one day: 1kg veal with 100g spinach salad (Or 500g chicken/or fish with 500g potatoes/or rise) 200g curds 150g oatmeal with 500g yogurt 2 bananas A salad/or sup 4 eggs Chocolate 50g or more honey(homemade!) And before bed time I am so hungry... ...500g cookies and 1l milk All that drama was for 76-78kg (no fats) ...186cm tall
that 3.5% fett milk in germany costs like 70 cents per box. it's H-Vollmilch. H stands for Homogenisiert. It means it's been boiled and bacteria has been killed off i believe :)
HOOOORAY cooking with the coach is back! Yes, that is literally fullmilk. Rawmilk or Rohmilch is even better, unprocessed juice directly squeezed from living cows. To become even more Germanized go to the next ALDI. There is an ALDI in Shanghai, opened this summer, I've heard. On a modern farm (at least in Germany) any reasonable cow walks voluntarily that is on its own judgement to the milking station. Thus, I consider such milk to be as vegan as it can possibly get. Cows themselves are vegan as well. If and only if well-fed, with water, grass and various wild flowers that is.
If you really feel like you have no success, try to count your calories.. I lived 6 months in singapore and started counting calories and keeping track of my weight in a spreadsheet, it worked.. I was one of those skinny dudes who kept saying "I eat so much all the time but I just don't gain weight" but really I was just eating a lot less than I thought.. Plus I was very active.
Every day for the last 2 years I just drank half a litre of full cream milk along with my breakfast (I made my tea & coffee in milk instead of water). While 300 calories (15 grams of protein) isn't much, that was enough calories to fuel my daily half hour workouts. Then I just had to add a small extra meal (400 calories) to put me in a surplus & I've gained 10kg of lean mass in these 2 years. #consistency
Instead of two cups of milk tried two cups of egg white from the store. It has to be pasteurized or else you'll get sick though. There might be more protein in that than the milk. And also calories
Lol I’m nearly like 5’6 to 5’7 and 81kg with a body fat of 20%, muscle mass of 34kg and skeletal mass of 5.7kg. I have cut down slowly to 2000 calories and have lost a bit of weight as a result. The fact that this one shake is 3/4 of what I can eat a whole day is nuts
Good video, I always had the opposite problem: gaining wheight to fast, but the resolution is the same: eat healthy food that's good for you and eat the right ammount, if you tend to get fat quick eat not to much and if you are to skinny eat as much as you can! I never understood how people can see being to skinny as a problem just eat and eat and eat and workout, it's much harder to loose fat to get ripped that to gain muscle and look ripped when your skinny! (How can eat as much as you want be aproblem) I'm sure most of the people who say i can't gain weight even if I'm eating so much eat crappy stuff not good nutrients haha
"So much chicken. So many chickens have died to feed me. It is alarming" coughed up my water laughing at this. I'm getting Rock and Roll McDonald's vibes from this bit haha.
Hey Ramsey, I'm a type 1 diabetic, this shakes great because I can split it in half and have it at different times of the day, this way the carbs are manageable. I'm super skinny and just have trouble getting all those calories in my body. I want to bulk up as I do boxing and plan on possibly doing an amateur match at some point.
Hey, Ramsey, I got a question. If we're talking about regular food consumption, what is the best mix of meat, carbs and veggies? Should my meal look like 100g chicken, 100g rice, 100g tomato or are proportions different?
That depends on a lot of stuff dude. Depends on how much energy you burn (and on what kind of exercise), on you genetics, on what quality nutrients are available to you at your region and even on your personality. But a good rule of thumb is, the more you move, the more carbohydrates you'll need.
AthleanX gave a good video about a good general place to start. But if you want to be real hardcore into it. You will need to talk to a Registered Dietitian in person and it will take a while to work out what you need. But if, for some reason, they believe in homeopathy, run, run away and never return. Homeopathy is whack.
How does Ramsey like his shakes? Aku: *EXTRA THICC* But the downside to shakes, it takes a lot away from the chewing process. We do need to chew to help our facial muscles, but nothing that chewing gum can't fix. I am trying to avoid whey as it is modified, but I am all for milk protein, which whey is extracted from. Perhaps I may have to rethink my position. I had this organic brand that I loved but then they decided to use stevia, that stuff not only tastes bad but the process to extract it isn't good nor natural (and they call it organic because they grew the plant that way). Stevia in its raw form is deadly, so they have to treat it and extract what we want from it.
I went to 190 before starting my MMA gym, lost 15 lbs at the gym, then I decided to go on a diet to lose any excess fat that I had and still had some to lose, but I got down to 160 before gaining 10 more lbs (though I still look visibly the same as I did at 160). I have a grappling competition coming up and plan to get down to 160-165 range before march 7th and then I'm going to pack on muscle after my tournament. I'm currently at 169. Surprisingly, I'm 6" and don't actually have a defined six pack, I do have one it's just not defined. I hate Whey Protein, and protein shakes in general. I do have a supplement drink, but it's a meal replacement and not a protein shake.
I've had this same problem before....Seriously the only thing that helps is either age or steroids if you want that drastic change of muscle mass and just plain weight with it. It also helps you just be hungry all the time as well. I 6'4 and went from 185 to 250 lbs in one combat tour. It's in a desert evironment where it was constantly 120+ degrees F out and lugging around 50 lbs of gear fairly regularly. I would've lost weight had I not decided to try the testosterone. Dont get me wrong it's not just something you can take and magically grow over night. But it REALLY helps you work out harder, have an insane appetite, recover very quickly from hard workouts, etc...It was like my body was telling me that's all I needed to start gaining and man did it come fast. I'm not saying this is for everybody and there is a great chance to become addicted to it because of the rapid progress you can make. If you're disciplined enough you can get the size range you want in a few months if you really work hard in the gym (I was doing 3 workouts a day for a year to get that kind of progress, whenever we weren't running missions so it wasn't a literal everyday thing)....You really have to know yourself and if you have an addictive personality before you do it though. I was at a place of needing sizing quickly so I could do my job better and try to stay alive...Its not something to take lightly but can be done safely if you do your research. This was over a decade ago now for me and I haven't touched them since. I dont have the same muscle size anymore but I couldve maintained it had I continued to workout after getting out. I'm still not that walking skeleton that I was then though and still have strength that never left since I did it.....Also dont believe the fairytale of it making your junk smaller..uh, your dick is a muscle...You get this little side effect called horsecock lol...I'm sorta kidding and sort of not on that one lol I've really never heard of any bad side effects with the guys that did it with me lol Things I noticed was appetite growing, very slight aggression increase( it wouldnt just be out of nowhere though, and it would give me a quicker fuse for peoples bullshit sometimes but nothing crazy) sex drive throttles up big time too. Not sure if it was just the confidence I gained from it, or the test itself though. You can feel a bit out of whack when you stop taking it. This will go away fairly quickly but that seems to depend on how much and how long you use it. I did my cycles switching between 3 different kinds in 3 months and stopped cold Turkey. Had I had access to estrogen blockers to stop taking it I would have and it wouldve made the transition a bit easier but it really wasnt that bad....These are just mine and a few combat buddies experiences with it. Your results may vary, so do your own research and proceed at your own risk. This isnt a story to get you to do it. Just truth from what I've been through
Side note...raw honey is high in a lot nutrients. I try to keep some in the house. I use it to sweeten my tea and I mix it in my peanut butter when I make pbj sandwiches...👍👍👍
I weighed 66.7kg/147lbs (170.18 cm/ 5'7 tall) over the summer. I've been in school for 4 months now, and I've dropped to 61.2kg/135lbs because I'm in a dual enrollment program, so I never have time to eat or sleep without falling behind. It's either training or eating/sleeping, so improvise and rotate on and off. Edit: It's starting to become mentally/cognitively degrading too, but this type of system is still being experimented with, and it's sort of my fault thinking it was a good idea to get college out of the way early.
For real: put a fat table spoon of peanut butter with a pack of milk with a bit of protein powder in the blender and enjoy your perfect macro ratio shake.
Gallon of milk a day. Every single day. Tablespoon or two of coconut oil with every cup of rice. McDonald’s for breakfast if you looking for a plateau breaker. 400g of steak and a cup of rice as many times a day as you can tolerate once you have given up on that much milk. 71kg to 97kg in 3 years in my mid 30s. Lifelong ectomorph. My diet wasn’t too traumatic but I quit all cardio trying to increase gains.

Per capita, there are relatively few cows in China. Also about 90% of the population here is lactose intolerant. So a lot of the milk here is imported.
@@gavinfitch8406 Over ripe bananas taste almost like candy, have higher levels of antioxidants and the same amount of potassium as the counterpart. Really it's hard to say an over ripe banana is great for everyone because this isn't true. Due to the chlorophyll changing into a less starchy more sugar rich food this advice is not practical for diabetics. For a diabetic, if permitted to eat bananas, the green ones are better. Both have the same amount of potassium however. This lowers blood pressure kind of like a counter balance to sodium. Also muscle contraction requires potassium. If I were recommending to an average person I would recommend over ripe hands down. More energy conversion for workouts as well as the much needed potassium but more antioxidants as well.

Weight gainer shakes are a good with to do it but they might make you feel sick afterwards so you really need to stick to it! You can also just eat more and keep in mind that Rome wasn't build in a day. Your stomach will protest when you put in way more food than its used to. So here is just a little advice from my point of view to help the viewers ;)
Just up your caloric intake by a small amount every day.
Not sure why I've never thought about blending the oats before adding the rest of the ingredients. Thanks dude!
Epic meal time with Ramsey! :')
As a former ultra skinny guy I'd just add two things
1) don't overdo your volume when weight lifting (getting sore all the time is counter productive, gravitate more towards full body workouts rather than splits, obviously compound lifts...intensity needs to remain high)
2) when you get over ~25 years of age metabolism gets slower and if you've been doing it right as an ectomorph you may morph into an ectomesomorph
Also a side note - what Ramsey said about maltodextrin is true.
Hah!
Bro, I love your videos, they're true but also funny, keep it up dude
Who else wants another Chef Ramsey's special....
Thanks so much for this Ramsey, as a dude whos been suffering with those gainer shakes, this tastes so much better. I actually like this allot.
This motivates to all skinny guys out there 👌💪...great video
I felt myself just gaining a couple of kg’s just from watching the video. I’ve never had trouble gaining, just losing. The interesting thing I learned is that even though I don’t have a visible six pack, though I really want one, I can still outperform many of my peers. I’m surprised how long it took me to learn that ripped doesn’t necessarily mean fit.
Definitely a 90s homemade bodybuilding weight gain,
Never really fancy trying putting oats in a shake
I follow a similar homemade protein shake from the around 1950's,
milk, dry powder milk, they also added egg powder and ice cream for added calories
Myself I keep the milk and the dry milk powder then add whey protein and fruit
Cool video
but you do know that whey protein is basically dry milk?
@@jsplit9716 sorry my bad
I was saying I follow a recipe roughly from the 1950's where protein powder was not really around and they used ingredients like dried milk
Which I follow recipe to degree with a modern twist adding whey protein
As for dried milk and it being the same as whey protein
The nothing like each other
Dried milk there's no special treatment as it's whole milk without the water which gives it powder form
whey is separation of the curd, which for long time was discarded because there was hardly any use for the product
Man your expression when drinking that shake is worth more than a thousand words... Gotta try it out ASAP!

@@PauIdenino Why? Im not vegan or veggie for me it's not creepy. It's just funny how he says it...
It's really funny how nowadays people tend to eat mostly poultry and in the middle ages it was pretty much reserved for the extremely wealthy (or when hen got old and sick and had to be put down) since it meant killing off a food source. Pretty much the same with beef.
@@Sk0lzky Times have changed a little bit since middle ages. We're not burning witches or cutting off hands of thieves anymore, too. And we don't belong to our Landlord anymore isn't that great?
@@bartimaus8738 Haha no, in Muslim countries you can still enjoy all of that. Except that instead of burning its stoning and instead of witches its people who act other than some imaginary books said.
J j watts has a 9,000 calorie diet. I don't know if you have seen that.
I'm mildly lactose intolerant so I came up with:
3 tbsp protein powder (100% pure micellar concentrate, no additives, no flavors etc)
2-3 tbsp maltodextrin
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 banana
~90g dry oats cooked in hot water (easier if you don't want your shake to feel gritty).
200g of frozen berries or other fruit (I found a cheap "Smoothie mix" at the supermarket) (favourite being raspberries)
100g of Unsweetened greek style Yogurt (That's NO ADDED MILK, this helps process the lactose in the protein powder and fortifies your gut bacteria).
And anything else I want to add, Cocoa powder, chocolate, or shot of espresso (pre workout).
Yoghurt doesn’t bother you?
the way i did it was with lowering cardio output, eating at least one steak per day, and daily rigorous strength training. do that for 6 months and you'll get around 10 lbs. just don't plan to have good cardio for a while. there are some herbs i could recommend as well, so long as you don't mind elevated test levels.
I make somethjng similar but with cream, LSA and Greek yoghurt as well
Love this guy. Always keeping it real. Thank you!
my favorite recipe is similar:
banana
grass-fed whole milk
natural crunchy peanut butter
raw cacao powder
whole fat greek yogurt
protein powder
chia seeds
raw coconut
sometimes nutella for extra calories
post work-out directly out of the blender!
My diet - 85 kg stable - white bread, homemade chicken breast stews (keeping frozen until needed), boiled eggs constantly sitting in the fridge. Some smoked bacon. And rolled oats with plain sugar. Also pill of calcium / magnesium or multivitamins.
Pure $h¡t
Dude that's just what I needed, thank you man!
Your shake tastes like snickers😋👌
And to create a low carb keto friendly version
Replace 2 cups of milk with double cream
Replace 2 tbsps of honey
with double cream
Replace 100g of peanuts/ peanut butter
with double cream
Replace 2 bananas
with double cream
Replace 2 scoops of protein
with double cream
Replace 1 cup oats with double cream
Hey Ramsey, I have a non-diet question (shorter than my last one). I'm having a lot of trouble getting acquainted with my new trainer's consistent suggestions to use my front two knuckles, despite the fact that I (Jack Dempsey taught me) believe they pose a greater risk to my wrist than my 3 knuckle landing poses to my pinky bone.
Should I keep holding my ground or should I give in to their incessant suggestions? I really felt Jack made a lot more sense than them. What do you do?

@@RamseyDewey ...😂😂😂...Right. So simple...yet so complex to a lot of ppl.
Thanks from Germany
ua-cam.com/video/_Z6N3Px860A/v-deo.html
Creatine is an essential nutrient that governs higher brain function, as well as being a catalyst to recycle ATP.
I didn't even know they made synthetic creatine, much less there was a viable option for those that don't eat animals or byproducts from animals.
Conversely, this year I have undergone extreme weightloss. I lost 12kg from Jan to April, then 7 from Sept to Nov just so that I can get a job. Losing is hard, gaining is easy...
It’s all relative. For me, gaining weight was extremely difficult, time consuming, exhausting, and expensive.

I am skinny guy too:)
For one day:
1kg veal with 100g spinach salad

200g curds
150g oatmeal with 500g yogurt
2 bananas
A salad/or sup
4 eggs
Chocolate 50g or more honey(homemade!)
And before bed time I am so hungry...
...500g cookies and 1l milk
All that drama was for 76-78kg (no fats)
...186cm tall
that 3.5% fett milk in germany costs like 70 cents per box. it's H-Vollmilch.
"got slightly less skinny" literally turned into giga chad
"So many chickens have died to feed me."
Hahahaha!
*Funny enough*

So many Chickens have died just to feed me too haha!
Watching this made me hungry, and I just ate dinner.
"So much chicken. So many chickens have died to feed me. It is alarming"

I did this for a little bit. I also added coffee grounds for energy. 👍
Made this and having it right as I'm typing. Tastes great!!!!
How does Ramsey like his shakes?
Aku: *EXTRA THICC*
But the downside to shakes, it takes a lot away from the chewing process.
I made great oatmeal waffles out of these ingredients
Stop the lactose intolerance! Stop the hate!
You say that, but watch, one day them Darn Lactaids will rise up!

Listen to this, Ramsey is 💯 correct about bananas, esp alittle over ripe!
Why a little over ripe?
