- Hello.
Thanks for joining me.
Firstly Thank you so much for sending me your wonderful photographs for me to share on my little channel.
They have been a pleasure to see and to share on here.
It has been extremely difficult to choose a winner but as promised I have come up with a winner.
Here it is. It is just a short video.
Please continue to share your photos and your memories and we will do it all again at the end of June.
Small token of appreciation to the winner!

Thanks Garry, glad you enjoyed it.👍
Excellent top ten bud, all winners as you say. Intrigued buy those Royal Enfield boxes
I believe they call it staging?
One was a windscreen, one was the rear carrier, one was the sump guard.🤔
I think.
👍
Great choice Keith, what a fabulous photo Brendan 👍 no wonder it’s raining Keith, with legs like that out 😂😂
You know I looked at it and thought, what were you thinking?
I nearly did it again.
Still it's just amongst friends so who cares👍
Some great pics thanks for putting them together
Thanks Garry, so many to choose from.👍
Enjoyed that Keith, some great pictures there but I have to agree with number one...superb 👍
To be honest Brendan sent a few very strong contenders. It was good to do.👍
Empty car park and don’t know where to park, great pictures mate Brendan’s picture is super atmospheric, well worthy of a promotional photo, 😊 loving the shorts, just not the weather for them Here for the last 3 days ☔️ all change Friday apparently 😎☀️. ….pete 🇫🇷
Absolutely mate, I nearly did the thing again when I Saw my legs. Then I thought, don't bother , your amongst friends.
Yeah weather set to improve at weekend.
Ride safe👍🇫🇷
Great concept & some wonderful pictures. Thanks for taking the time & trouble to post them. Royal Enfield should see these , perhaps they would donate a bike for picture of the year ! 🙂 Love your easy going videos. Keep up the good work & ride safe. 😊
Thanks David, I am glad you enjoyed it. I agree, A bike for the picture of the year!.
And I'm the judge🤔
Now, where's that nice picture I took of mine in the Peak District!😉
Ride safe Mate👍
@@shottostravels 😂 They should give you a bike for promoting the brand anyway !😊
@davidmarten619 Ha, I think I'm about a million subscribers off that happening. So pretty doubtful I'd say but thanks for your support!

Shockingly, not everyone knows phone cameras work that way. Probably not many people on youtube, but there is a group of people that don't know it exists. Or thinks thats only in real cameras. I was on an offroad trip with some friends in our trucks. I watched a young lady standing to the side of this long mud pit, trying to film me going through it in portrait mode. No way you could see what was going on, if she even managed to keep the truck in frame. I got out waiting on the next truck, so I asked her why she wasn't filming in landscape mode. She had no idea what that was. I turned her phone sideways an had her film my friend as he came through the same mud pit. She then stopped the recording, turned the phone back in to portrait mode an hit play on the video, turned to me an said, "but now the video is to tiny to see." I turned her phone sideways again an hit play. She grew up in the Instagram generation an had never seen someone use landscape mode. She had been watching an filming videos on her phone in portrait mode all her life. Only then did I start noticing how many people in the last two generations shoot everything in portrait mode.
I never even considered that.
Ah well, I was hesitant about " advising" people.
I don't want to put people off it's just that I had some wonderful pics, taken in portrait mode that once I cropped them to fit I was losing anything worth having. It was a shame.
I'm sure you're correct Mate, thanks for your input and ride safe👍
Taking pictures and video in portrait mode seems the standard now, you see it all of the time. Got to admit it frustrates me somewhat when I see what they're trying to capture 🤦♂😁
@@Bigbaldybear trouble is to get it to fit into landscape, like UA-cam you ( know) can lose lots of the important bits of the pic.
Having said that, the winner wasn't in landscape.
So What do I know, nowt.🤔
A very nice recap and music. Short and sweet and - nicely done. Hat’s Off to the winner! They were all good!
Glad you enjoyed it,
Ride safe Mate 👍
Good choice! Xx All royal Enfield's are works of art!
Glad you liked it👍
Great choice for the winner, it's a good photo.
Thanks Mate 👍
Congratulations Brendan 🎉 Good choice Keith - a worthy winner.
Right, off I go looking for my next shot. Thanks so much for this Keith it's lit a new fire in my belly for us to get out moreand actually have a reason to take a different road, check out a new view and generally just enjoy the freedoms we have.
Landscape format it is 👍
Thanks Philip. Wonderful. If it gives us an excuse to go down the road less travelled it's got to be a good thing.
I'll keep an eye on my inbox for your June entry!
Ride safe Mate 👍
Many many thanks Philip. I'm in complete which here right now. Thanks and greatly appreciated my friend 😊
Wonderful pictures, I believe you picked the best of the best! I like a guy that can make up his mind and stick to it😅. Great video and talk, hope it dries out soon for you over there. Stay safe Keith.
Thanks Mate, it's improved already, just a bit changeable at the moment.
Glad you agree.
Ride safe mate👍
Awesome 👍 thank you for picking my photo No 5, like you say all the photos were all fantastic and it was great fun 👍 keep up the great content, have a great day 😊
Thanks, it was a pleasure.
Send me another ( in landscape) for June!
Ride safe Mate👍
@@shottostravels Will do, thanks 👍
Good pick #5, hope there were no traffic wardens around 😅
@@derbyshireruralrider9398 I bet a traffic warden has never been to the village of Mathry in Pembrokeshire, think the lines are there to brighten up the village 🤣
@@Butlers_Bike_life I’ve fallen foul of private parking extortionists more than once (with the car). Tbf I’ve posted pics of my previous scoot on yellow lines to get a good background view
Wow I'm in total shock you picked my photo to win. Absolutely stunned here. I love taking photos and especially of my bike. An absolute pleasure chatting and following your channel. Super. Well done to everyone for taking part and all your photos were awesome. Have a great day to you all from Northern Ireland ☘️
Thanks Brendan and congratulations.
I'd love to be able to give you a new bike but you will have to wait till I get to a million subscribers for that.
( So don't hold your breath)
Well done, Ride safe Mate👍
Well done Brendan, a cracking photo and a worthy winner! Ride safe mate.
That was great, Keith - I loved seeing the photos.
Glad you enjoyed it.
Ride safe Mate 👍
Great selection. Agree about landscape and do that most of the time to add to my UA-cam video clips
Thanks Mate, just a thought.🤔
What brilliant photos! Maybe use the best twelve of the year and do a calendar! Well done to all, RE could learn something from its owners…. I think you’ve started something here Keith, good on you mate!
Thanks Steve.
Oh no, don't give me more ideas, too late!.
What about a Calendar.
All proceeds to Distinguished Gentleman's Ride in aid of Mens Mental Health and Prostate Cancer research.🤔
@@shottostravelshaha! Sounds like a plan!
If you have any more " ideas" do me a favor.
Keep them to yourself!👍
@@shottostravels funny isn’t it? You retire and suddenly you’re busier than you’ve ever been. I was looking forward to doing a lot of bugger all, somehow that luxury hasn’t come my way yet…. Don’t worry Keith, I won’t mention anything else until you hit 10k subs!
@@SteveBernard42 it's true mate, but at least you are "busy" doing stuff of you're own choosing. Not a slave to the machine anymore.
