You are right sir initially 2 reports show absolute asthenospermia later on 3rd test there was partial active movement of sperms but not rapid prograssive only slow prograsive.. and decreased morphology sir should i do for tesa icse or ivf icsi with ejaculated sperms?
You are very correct doctor. It sounds logical. Initial ejaculate may contain more dead sperm than progressive ejaculate. That means after ejaculating dead sperm, the next ejaculate then contains fresher and livelier sperm cells. Thanks.

Volume : 4 ml Viscosity : normal Total count : 55 ml in 1 ml Active motility : 40% Feably motile : 25% Immobile motile: 35% Expecting a valuable feedback about the report.
