Why in the hell can't people just come out and say if there is a cure and tell what the cure is and stop flapping their jaws .
There is a few solutions , if it is caused by bladder neck damage they can inject collagen to restore antegrade ejaculation (normal) if that does not work bladder neck reconstruction surgery will be the solution if successful, before either of these are attempted they prescribe certain medications to try and stimulate the nerves. What country are you in ? you need to see a urologist , but if you want more info , google retrogade ejaculatin collagen injection and all what i said above .

Sir, i used to get up from dreams and ejaculation controlled; this was happening since last two or three years about 10 times in all. i)I have UTI
ii)urine flow dribbling mainly at nights
iii)after taking blood thinners (stents fitted 2 years ago) small qty of blood preceding urine flow
iv)doctor told the prostate felt hard by a rectal finger insertion examining

I am taking Tamsulosin from last 1 week and discovered retro. I was wondering if I stop this medicine will retro go away and normal ejaculation come back.

I realize that after taking Duodart medication I started having retrogade ejaculation. My question is , do this condition go away on it's own or it will require surgery/medication?

Got RE when I started taking Risperidone. Quit the drug and my sperm is back to normal viscosity and amount. Phew.
I had greenlight surgery for BPH. If anyone is thinking about surgery, i would get a second opinion. I now have retrograde ejaculition. I sure miss dropping loads down a broads gullett.

I had a BPH surgery recently and now have retrograde ejaculation: sometimes white clouds in the morning urine but no sperm ejaculation. But this started already BEFORE the surgery, when the doctor put in a katheter because of frequent urine retention. He tried to solve it by medication (no success) and it finally succeded by surgery. Altogether 3 months with katheter. I think this is the reason of my little poblem now. However, the main problem (urine retention) was solved.

Oh wow dude. I hope you can or have fixed it! It's such a worry if you want kids some day, ah. I also heard it's possible Doctors can still get "some" stuff and then artificially impregnate whoever it is that agrees to it, so that's the good news, UNLESS you're not producing any at all. I've never experienced this Retrograde thing until sometime within the last week, during a WATER FAST of 12 Days, I think tbh around DAY 7 or so is when I began to become very dehydrated, and I started to notice a slight mix of something in my urine besides it being yellow of course. Either it was because of being so dehydrated that maybe my body stated to pull liquid from wherever wasn't essential (In this case the scrotum) and so now it kind of is still doing that, OR more likely, I was a bit too "rough" with myself on one particular day and maybe caused some slight damage or something to the urethra (TMI I know, but been looking this up all night) I can still produce a good amount most times and even "shoot" it out lol but sometimes there've been near-blanks. This is so scary though, I'm not used to it. Hope it will not get worse. I can only blame my own dumbass self. I remember feeling a pain (like 3/10) in the "area" on that day I went rough on myself out of boredom and I STILL I kept at it. I should've picked up a book on how not to be a fuck-up that day lol.

@@Suedehead05 I started my diagnosis but I had to stop because of covid. Unfortunetaly, if this is really a retrogarde ejaculation that is not caused by any drugs, there is no cure for it as it is related to the nerves that separate urine from sperm in the canals. My advise is go see someone asap(urologist)and stop masturbation for 120 days at least..and see from there. Good luck

I take like 60 mg of Sudafed 1 1/2 hours before I tapped azz it sux my vision has a redish tint my heart races but worked I now have 4 healthy boys . I tried it and it didn’t do crap for me. He’s says take it before sx so even if it did work its not a cure but rather a treatment. I wouldn’t recommend sudafed for their rest of your life. Hard on the heart.

You pee to often, hold it in till you can piss for 21 seconds, eventually your bladder muscle will get strong again.

@@42tabriz Yes. I was getting really worried myself but casually I came across a documentary that said all mammals from mice to elephants piss for about 21 seconds, I'm like... I'm nowhere near that. Well I been working in an office for a good while now and going to the bathroom is just a good excuse to take a break so I figure was undertraining my bladder muscles, so I began holding it in until I was able to go for about 21 seconds, and lo and behold my little problem went away! So yes it absolutely works.

No it doesn't come out thick since it is mixing with urine. When you urinate, you will notice it will be cloudy and can sometimes see strings of white sperm floating around within the urine. It does NOT come out like jello. That guy was just trying to be funny...
