When I farmed with my dad I drove an old Chevy S-10 that used a lot of oil. Well, one night I was driving home and it locked up tighter than Alcatraz. I knew my dad would pull the dipstick so I put a few quarts in before he showed up. Needless to say, I was the dipstick that night. 😆 🤣

They are much superior to postal service,Christmas Cards I mailed on Dec.11 was received on Jan.11,this was going only to local families in my community. They deliver mail only on Saturday when want to.Mail comes to our business post office box sometimes destroyed, this is ridiculous as much as they get paid, and the retirement, and benefits they get,our mail gets lost all time in others mailboxes. We constantly have to stop payment on checks and remail them,Very frustrating for a business. We were paper carriers for years, our papers got there everyday,no matter what.To our elderly customers took them to door.

I love that song, check it out if you don't already know it!---I love watching the clear-outs in the yards...strange!---Tell me about where you got all those tires, did you get them for free from a tire shop? Around here, there's usually an extra charge of $2 per tire disposal fee of the old ones when getting new ones put on.

I am in the south UK, it seems that winter is practically over. We have had a few frosty days but none going into the ground. Mostly it has been wet - very wet.
Where I walk the dogs on hilly land, they have only just taken the cattle (yearlings) off the grazing last week.
By all standards, we’ve had it easy though, constant driving rain, will melt flesh off stock was faster than frosts.
Get a couple inches off snow here and there is panic and anyone would think it was the end of the world!

Song of the day by Ace - How Long is often thought to be about adultery but was actually written by the Ace lead singer when he learned that one of the guitarists might be joining the group Sutherland Brothers and might have been deputising for their guitarist who was unwell. Sutherland Brothers were best known for Arms of Mary but they also recorded Sailing (written by one of the brothers) that was made famous by Rod Stewart
