Two hemorrhoids and a hernia later Cole gets the tires to the skid steer replace with the new ones. Lol Ellie the queen loves claving time! Beautiful baby beevo the Sonne farms way. Thanks for working hard to feed folks. Storla Station
Congratulations on the first heifer. May I suggest a couple of names for the future deliveries- Capt. Ron (my late husband) and possibly Annie (that’s me). As Ron was in home hospice this time last year I would watch you daily as my see something wonderful in nature time. We were together for 43 years and he went home to the Lord on March 22, 2023. I truly enjoy your interaction with each other - you’re a great dad, Brian, watching you share your knowledge with Cole is extra special. Hopefully one day Cole will have a son or daughter to work the farm and he will pass on all the special knowledge that you passed on to him. Keep up the great teamwork.
Annie, I would love to see Brian and Cole name a calf after Ron and you it would be quite fitting. I miss your husband very much too and all the videos with Daniel arms and Houston and all the fishing with all the others he was just a real comical guy such a kind heart even though I live up in Boston I enjoyed his videos. You’re right, a moron, my age I believe Annie, maybe even younger I’m 68 not sure how are you and Ron were but I enjoyed the videos in the stories and his last camping trip I remember anyways was at Danielle house along the river😂😢😢😢😢
Congratulations on your first calf! May I suggest another name for a heifer? My oldest daughter passed away last May and we would watch your videos together! Her name is Meghan. I know, a strange name for a heifer! Thanks for sharing your life with us! Many blessings to you and your family!
Congrats on your first clave to hit the ground! I love the way y’all name the claves! If you have enough bulls, would y’all think about Jason? That’s my husband and his birthday is March 30th. Thanks so much for your entertaining videos!! Much love to y’all, Kristin from Oklahoma
@@gracewashburn8276 Pretty sure it's not the "Capt. Ron" your thinking of he just passed away a few months ago not March of 2023 and he and "PYT" weren't old enough to have been together for 43yrs. My condolences to the original poster.❤
The expression "easy like Sunday morning" gained popularity through the song "Easy" by the Commodores, released in 1977. The lyrics, written by Lionel Richie, include the line "That's why I'm easy, I'm easy like Sunday morning." Since then, it has become a common saying to describe a calm and stress-free situation.
Great video. I had to get caught up with the videos..Been sick for the last month. doing a lot better now. New tires and a new baby and a new spreader. Calvening fast started AWESOME guys
OMG Cole! LMAO! This is an instant classic, love your “new” spreader routine. The “seizure Salad” is the winner though!! So glad to see your wisdom notes return! Well, calving season too!😊
I mow my lawn with a 1992 Walker vacuum mower. I alternate feeding the cut lawn grass to the horses and the calves, which ever has the less pasture grass. Just another way you guys take care of your stock! I stick my forks under the wrap and just in the hay. This way I can unwrap a roll without loosing a lot of "loose" hay and put it where it needs to go, farm life!
That Mother /calf interaction was so sweet to see. I pray the rest of the calving season goes as well. The way you take care of your animals pays off with healthy calves. Congratulations!!
Congratulations ( from one south paw to another) Brian and Cole! Praying for many more good mothers and healthy babies during this years calving season!
When you work with the animals like you guys do it makes a big difference when the time comes to work on them or when they have their babies! Great job to you guys and a great momma!
Congratulations on your first calf of the season!!!!! Nice heifer calf and a good mother. Tough working conditions for you and dad. I remember those days also of fighting the muddy lots. Even remember getting a tractor stuck in a lot. Of course was years ago and had small equipment. Dad was not happy so to speak. Those were the days. You and dad the care in these muddy conditions. You are doing great. Skid steer will operate better with the new tires. Good deal. Sorry about your fertilizer spreader. Kind of beat up from falling from the pickup. Oh my. Thanks for another great video Cole. It was interesting. Welcome your new calf. Glad the first one is here. You and dad take care and be safe. Thanks for everything. The Iowa farm boy. Steve. 0:02
I just love how you told the first "Claveing" (is that how you spell it?) Welcome to Sonne farms. The way you guys care about the animals is why I am here! By the way. My father's name is Cole.
That momma could do training exercises to all the others on how to behave while the humans do their thing with their babies. Such a good momma! Welcome Art!🐄
Cool to kick off the 2024 Sonne Farms Claving season. Funny as soon as Brian said Art I thought Garfunkel! All the best to you guys as you welcome many new faces into the world.

Been watching and loving your channel for a while, 1st comment. There are lots of farming UA-camrs that I watch but what I really like about yours is the interaction and relationships you have with your dad. I think anyone that has worked and has a good relationship with their dad really appreciates that. I love the sense for humour and the odd story your dad tells about you when you were younger. Great channel - keep it up.
Congratulations on the first baby of the year.. I’ve been waiting for the calving season to start seems like forever. This is my favorite time at the farm. I love seeing all those sweet babies coming into the world. 😍
